Study On The Application Of Image Training Combined With Video Feedback Teaching Method In Hurdling

Representation in order to examine the combined with video feedback teaching method influence on hurdles technology teaching,this research starting from the basic action structure of hurdles,video image training at home and abroad,feedback and the performance of the relationship between research,based on the questionnaire,the method of literature,interview,mathematical statistics and experimental research on teaching effect are analyzed.Fasten the experiment selected the Harbin normal university,two classes of students as the research object,and on the physical quality of the students in two class and learning hurdles basic situation investigation,in the first test results are smaller cases,randomly selected from the class 3 as the experimental class,class 2 for that in comparative classes and experimental classes using video image training feedback teaching method,that in comparative classes using conventional teaching method,teaching two classes in the teaching schedule,teachers,class sites are the same,a total of 11 times,class,class 90 minutes at a time.After the experiment,through the analysis and comparison of the results before and after the two classes,the results are as follows:(1)image training combined with video feedback teaching method is used to help students better understand the movement track of the action and deepen their understanding of the action.The teaching effect is remarkable,and the experimental class is obviously better than the control class in reaching the standard in hurdle running and technical evaluation.(2)the use of combining image training video feedback teaching method to motivate students to learn drive,let them actively participate in classroom activities,increase exchanges and cooperation between the classmate,give full play to their subjective ability,cultivate their consciousness of cooperation and competition,reduce the monotony of the process of learning,improve their interest in learning.(3)the use of imagery training combined with video feedback teaching method can help students adjust their physiological level to the best state of preparation,reduce their sense of tension,increase their courage and confidence to overcome difficulties,and thus reduce their fear of bars.(4)image training combined with video feedback teaching method can enable teachers to accurately grasp students' grasp of the teaching content,focus on the correction of those actions with high frequency of errors,and give individual guidance to those actions with low frequency of errors,so as to propose targeted solutions and achieve differentiated teaching.
