| In recent years,tennis has developed rapidly,and tennis has become a popular choice in sports elective courses in colleges and universities.However,there are problems such as single teaching method,boring teaching form and rigid teaching mode in traditional tennis teaching,which seriously affects the improvement of the teaching quality of tennis elective courses.With the development of science and technology today,various new teaching methods have begun to emerge,providing a new perspective for improving the teaching quality of tennis elective courses in colleges and universities.This study attempts to combine the learning mode of cooperative learning with the teaching method of video feedback in tennis teaching,and then explore the diversified teaching mode of tennis courses in colleges and universities.Through consulting a large amount of literature and the suggestions of interviews with experts and scholars,this study formulates teaching plans and questionnaires to determine the test indicators before and after.Then two classes in the tennis elective course of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education were selected,and two different teaching modes of cooperative learning combined with video feedback and traditional teaching were adopted to carry out teaching experiments.By comparing and analyzing the data obtained from teaching experiments and questionnaires,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with traditional teaching methods,cooperative learning combined with video feedback can promote the improvement of students’ physical fitness,but the extent of improvement is not much different.(2)Compared with traditional teaching methods,cooperative learning combined with video feedback can enable students to better understand and master complex tennis technical movements,master technical movements more accurately,and improve students’ technical level faster.(3)Cooperative learning combined with video feedback teaching methods can better stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve students’ enthusiasm for learning tennis,and change students’ learning motivation in a positive direction to achieve the goal of happy learning. |
