| The classroom teaching behavior of physical education teachers is a kind of behavior behavior behavior of physical education teachers in classroom teaching activities,which is mainly aimed at imparting physical education knowledge and sports skills and spreading physical culture.It is the most active part of the physical education teaching system and plays a leading role in the physical education classroom teaching.PE Teachers' classroom teaching behavior is not only the external performance of PE Teachers' professional quality and ability,but also the soul of PE classroom teaching,which has a decisive impact on the quality of PE classroom teaching.In the related research of physical education,the classroom teaching behavior of physical education teachers has the most research value.Through the methods of literature,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other scientific research methods,this paper takes the classroom teaching behavior of primary school physical education teachers as the research object,and takes the physical education teachers and students of 12 primary schools affiliated to Yulin Education Bureau as the research object,from the design behavior of physical education teachers before class,the organization and management behavior in class,and the teaching behavior after class This paper analyzes the classroom teaching behavior of primary school physical education teachers in Yuyang District of Yulin City from three aspects: learning reflection behavior,and draws the following conclusions:1.Most primary school physical education teachers in Yuyang District of Yulin City recognize the value of implementing physical education curriculum reform under the new curriculum standard.Although they have made some achievements in their work,they still have some distance from the goal requirements of the new curriculum standard.The new curriculum standard has a certain impact on the classroom teaching behavior ofphysical education teachers,but it has not become a variable factor influencing the classroom teaching behavior of new physical education teachers.2.Some primary school physical education teachers can determine the teaching objectives from four dimensions: sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation,but the phenomenon of "attaching importance to sports skills" is more serious.When choosing teaching content,we mainly consider the students' interests and the requirements of the new curriculum standard,but it will be limited by the school's teaching resources.The content of teaching process design is more inclined to content arrangement,students' characteristics,teaching process,selection of teaching means and methods,teaching resource conditions,etc.,and the focus on the creation of teaching situation and prediction of emergencies is relatively low.3.The time of classroom introduction is moderate,the form is regular,the content of preparatory activities is single,and the effectiveness and pertinence of preparatory activities are emphasized.The language explanation can combine the professional terms with the daily expressions,so as to be clear and accurate.The demonstration action is standard,the position is good,but the ornamental is lack.4.The traditional group practice and group practice are the main methods of practice guidance,most of which are teachers' personal guidance,sometimes excellent students' guidance or students' mutual guidance.The discussion and interaction between teachers and students are not well prepared before class,which has certain randomness.Relaxation activities are mainly led by teachers,mainly in sports games,relaxation exercises,massage practice,hanging elbows,back and waist relaxation.5.Class summary is summarized by teachers themselves or by teachers and students together.The frequency of teaching evaluation is not high,including self-evaluation,peer evaluation,student evaluation and other forms.The frequency of teaching reflection is relatively high,mainly once a week.6.Strengthening vocational education training,training educational thoughts andrenewing teaching ideas are the main ways to improve the professional quality and teaching ability of PE teachers.It is also an important means of standardizing PE Teachers' classroom teaching behavior to create PE teaching situation,deepen teaching reflection and construct evaluation index system. |
