Study On The Educational Function Of University Sports Museum

As a professional museum in university museums,university sports museum not only constitutes a complete system of museum undertakings in our country,but also an important part of educational undertakings in our country.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the realization of the goals of scientific research,practical teaching and quality education in physical education colleges and universities.With the development of higher education in China,people's demand for scientific knowledge is also increasing,which makes the educational function of university museums more and more obvious.The state and society also pay close attention to the realization of the educational function of university museums.This study adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics,and selects the educational function of university sports museum as the research object.this paper studies the content,characteristics,realization forms and ways of the educational function of college sports museum.Through questionnaires and field interviews,this paper understands the situation of students' participation in the educational activities carried out by university sports museums,and analyzes the realization of the educational function of university sports museums and the problems and difficulties faced in the process of realizing the educational functions of college sports museums.this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for better realizing the educational function of college sports museum.The conclusions are as follows:1.Sports museums in colleges and universities play an important educational function in assisting the teaching of physical education,carrying out scientific research and carrying out quality education,with the characteristics of intuition,interaction and non-compulsion.2.The educational function of college sports museum is realized through educational activities,including visits and explanations,museum course teaching,special lectures,forums,exhibitions and student volunteer training and other activities.through these activities in teaching,scientific research and quality education to achieve the educational function of college sports museum.3.Although the university sports museum has played an important educational role,there are still some problems,such as the lack of management system,affecting the realization of educational function,insufficient investment in capital sources,backward venues and facilities,low utilization rate and insufficient publicity;display means and display content are single and obsolete;the work force is not perfect,lack of human resources development,lack of effective incentive system and so on.4.In order to better realize the educational function of university sports museum,we should define the management department,standardize the management mode,broaden the sources of funds,increase the investment in museum construction,strengthen publicity,expand the influence of museum,innovate the way of exhibition,strengthen the construction of talent team,and speed up the construction of digital museum.
