Poverty alleviation through education is an important part of the overall strategy of poverty alleviation and development in China.To do a good job in education is the fundamental plan of the overall work of poverty alleviation and development.To develop education to increase human capital is the most effective and thorough means to get rid of poverty.On the basis of combing the Educational Poverty Alleviation Policies since the founding of the people's Republic of China,combined with the changes of policy texts at different time nodes,this study divides the evolution of China's Educational Poverty Alleviation Policies into four stages.The blank window stage of education poverty alleviation policy,the preliminary construction stage of education poverty alleviation policy system,and the improvement and development stage of education poverty alleviation policy system.At present,it is precisely the precise stage for all regions to win the education poverty alleviation battle.Due to various objective conditions,the economic development of X county is slow,and the foundation of education development is weak.For the long-term development of the local area,it is an effective way to develop the economy with the aid of education.In the process of implementing education poverty alleviation policies,we should pay attention to the subjective needs of the poverty alleviation objects,understand their dynamics in time,and provide effective solutions,so as to better reflect the current situation of education poverty alleviation.The surface of poverty alleviation through education is to help the poor in education,and the deep connotation is to help the poor in economy through education.Poverty is endowed with more significance in the new era.For the poor,it is not only material poverty,but also knowledge poverty,ideological poverty and spiritual poverty.Education is a career of developing people.Through education,we can not only receive the influence of advanced ideas,scientific and cultural knowledge,but also inspire people's mind and make up for the emptiness of spiritual mind.This paper analyzes and compares the specific implementation of the policy of targeted poverty alleviation in X county by consulting the literature and materials related to the poverty alleviation in X county,and carries out questionnaire and interview survey on teachers and students,and makes a specific analysis.It is found that the policies of student aid,nutrition meal improvement and teachers' living allowance of local education poverty alleviation policies are popular,but at the same time,there are also insufficient financial support,imperfect dynamic supervision system,poor students' learning and psychological state,overburdened teachers,too low wages and salaries,and difficulty in professional title evaluation,and slow promotion of educational informatization means Wait for a series of questions.In view of these problems,under the guidance of the theory of educational equity and the theory of interdiction of intergenerational transmission of poverty,this paper puts forward innovative channels for raising funds for poverty alleviation in education,improving the dynamic supervision system of projects,improving the education ability of poor parents,paying attention to students' learning and mental health,reasonably reducing the work burden of rural teachers and ensuring their wages and salaries,effectively promoting educational informatization and promoting high-quality educational resources Suggestions on sharing,developing education+rural revitalization plan,and consolidating various poverty alleviation achievements.
