With the rapid development of China's economy and society,many Chinese parents realize that traditional science and humanities are not the only way out for their children's professional development and future employment,or attach importance to their children's artistic talent,or want their children to engage in the art industry.As a result,more and more families are encouraging their children to study art in high school with the goal of attending art school,and this is becoming more common.However,with the increasing number of art students year by year,the moral problems of art students in high schools have been gradually exposed.Many schools have found that the moral problems of art students and their management have a big obstacle,which is not only not conducive to the learning development of art students,but also causes a negative impact on other ordinary students.This paper puts forward the characteristic of high school art students conduct and management of the research,through the survey of Zhongshan Experimental Middle School case,found that high school art students conduct problems,and summarizes the art students personality traits associated with gourmet type,analyzes its character,the specific cause of the specific issues and more targeted students conduct management advice.This article first to Zhongshan city experimental middle school for the integrated art student conduct investigation and evaluation,the survey found art student conduct than ordinary students lacking moral aspects mainly show the dress code,behavior civilization degree and the ability to resist bad temptation,relatively poor in terms of life behavior to respect elders,respect teachers,respect students,lacking good practice daily behavior etiquette,but learning and discipline integrated performance are relatively poor.Through analysis,it is found that most of the moral problems of art students are related to their family environment,their unique personality and interests,and the characteristics of school management.On high school art students conduct problems and their causes in this paper,three aspects of student conduct management Suggestions are put forward:one is to strengthen communication between family and gradually correct parents education concept,and establish effective communication bridge between parents and students,in order to improve the effect of family education,improve students' basic moral character and life behavior;Second,to do a good job in the cultivation of students' basic ideology,through individual care,collective ideological education,purification of social network and other ways to correct students' ideology,promote students to establish a correct concept of learning and development;Third,improve the school education and management system,eliminate the wrong management concept,and strengthen the students' learning awareness,through more effective system to restrain students' bad behavior.
