With the help of the convenience and popularity of mobile Internet,"homework help" and some assignment help apps emerge,which can quickly help students answer questions.However,the convenience and maneuverability of assignment help apps have caused parents and teachers to worry about students' learning engagement in the process of using assignment help apps.Based on the background of "Internet+education",this thesis discusses the engagement of high school students in chemistry learning when they use "homework help" and other assignment help apps.The research questions include:(1)How about the completion and correction of senior high school students' chemistry homework?(2)What is the status quo of the use of assignment help apps for high school students?(3)What is the learning engagement of high school students when they use assignment help apps for chemistry learning?(4)Compared with the factors of chemical homework completion and correction,are the use factors of assignment help apps the primary factors affecting high school students' engagement in chemical learning when using assignment help apps?This thesis consists of seven parts.The first part is an introduction,which mainly explains the theoretical and practical background,research significance,research contents,ideas and methods.The second part is a literature review.On the basis of literature at home and abroad,it expounds the core concepts of‘learning engagement"and " assignment help apps",and analyzes the research status of learning engagement,chemistry homework and assignment help apps,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research of this thesis;The third part describes the preparation and the implementation of the questionnaire,and explains the quality of the questionnaire from the aspects of the reliability,project differentiation,and validity;T he fourth part analyzes the current situation of high school students' chemistry homework completion and correction form,and the use of assignment help apps;The fifth part analyzes the current situation of high school students' engagement in chemistry learning when they use assignment help apps;In the sixth part,correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to explore the factors affecting the chemical learning engagement of high school students when they use assignment help apps;The seventh part summarizes the research conclusion and suggestions.The research conclusions are:1.The reliability,validity and differentiation of "Questionnaire of Chemistry Learning Engagement of Senior High School Students Using Assignment Help APPs" are good.2.At present,high school students finish their chemistry homework for a long time every day,but most of them have a good learning attitude and can finish their chemistry homework.Teachers' correction of homework took various forms,but 45%of the students thought that teachers often did not correct homework and did not pay enough attention to the feedback of homework.When confronted with difficult problems in chemistry learning,only a few students preferred to answer questions through assignment help apps.Most students decided to solve problems in a variety of ways by asking teachers and classmates for help and using assignment help apps according to the actual situation.3.Parents do not have a high degree of support for high school students to use assignment help apps for learning.Students are less likely to use the free and paid functions except "taking photos to search for questions",and the intrinsic motivation to use assignment help apps is stronger than the extrinsic motivation.71%of the students think that the functions of existing assignment help apps cannot fully meet the needs of chemistry learning,and some functions still need to be improved.4.When senior high school students use assignment help apps,their engagement in chemistry learning is at a medium level,among which the behavioral engagement is the lowest.The cognitive and emotional engagement are slightly higher than the behavioral engagement,but both are at a medium level.Students spend less extra time on chemistry learning by means of assignment help apps,and use less self-adjusting strategies in the learning process.However,they are less dependent on assignment help apps.Behavioral engagement,cognitive engagement and emotional engagement all have significant correlation at the level of 0.01.There are significant differences in learning engagement among different grades,genders and rankings.5.In the regression analysis,compared with the completion and correction factors of chemical homework,the use factors of assignment help apps have a greater predictive power on learning engagement.In the factors of completion and correction of chemical homework,the duration of homework,the form of teacher's correction of homework and the way of asking for help in difficult problems had significant influence on learning engagement.Among the factors of the use of assignment help apps,students' use of free functions,frequency,types,motivation,and parental support had significant effects on learning engagement.The research conclusion has certain reference value for chemistry teaching and guiding students to use assignment help apps to study scientifically.
