| At present,"core literacy" is already in a key position in the reform of China's education field,and it plays a very important role in the realization of basic education reform and the accomplishment of the fundamental task of establishing morals.As the actual executor who implements the "core literacy",the teacher's own professional development level determines the ultimate effectiveness of this measure.With the promulgation of the new biology curriculum standards in 2017,it marks the beginning of high school biology teaching around the goal of developing students' core literacy.To cultivate the core qualities of students,the qualities and abilities required by biology teachers are particularly important.At the same time,there are not many research surveys on the professional development needs of high school biology teachers from the perspective of core literacy..This article uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the needs of high school biology teachers in professional development,which truly reflects the needs of current high school biology teachers and contributes a little to better complete the education reform.This paper mainly adopts the questionnaire survey method and the interview survey method as the supplement.The survey objects were high school biology teachers.According to the data of questionnaire survey and actual interview survey,the results are analyzed from the basic situation of the high school biology teachers,the understanding of the core literacy of the biology department,the needs of professional development content,and the factors that affect the professional development of teachers.Analysis,and finally draw conclusions.The analysis found that the current teaching in the biology class is still based on knowledge teaching.The emphasis on core literacy training in biology is lower than that on student scores.The depth of understanding of biology teachers' core literacy in biology needs to be improved.The high school biology teachers participating in this survey generally have a high degree of professional development,and have solid basic professional knowledge,but they do not understand the new curriculum standards and new textbooks enough.In terms of needs,different high school biology teachers have different awareness of professional sentiment development.They have a higher demand for professional knowledge related to core literacy in the biology department,and they show the characteristics of the need for professional development awareness and professional ability.At present,high school biology teachers have a high demand for professional development content related to core literacy in the biology department.In terms of influencing factors,the professional development of high school biology teachers is affected by both internal and external factors,and the degree of attention at the school level is the main influencing factor.In response to the reasons for these problems,this article puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the social,school and teacher levels.At the social level,it is recommended to clarify the actual needs of teacher professional development,strengthen supervision and management of schools,build a personalized model of teacher professional development,update teacher professional development content,and increase the pertinence of teacher training.At the school level,it is recommended to improve teaching and research conditions and build a learning community.At the teacher level,it is recommended to participate in teaching research and teaching reflection. |
