With the development of learning society, which puts forward new requirement to the society of teacher’s professional growth and development. How the new teaching concept, teaching methods such as something static into dynamic behavior, which needs a process, and the purpose of teacher professional development improves their professional quality, even if teachers update teaching ideas, which constantly adapts to the changing environment of teaching. Therefore, it is important to attach the significances of teachers’ professional development which has become the hot topic in society. This is the world’s main quest to current teacher growth which the advanced countries concern about.In this paper, we research on the Guangxi Nanning, Guilin, Qinzhou, Liuzhou high school biology teachers’ professional development, both in theory and in practice for more in-depth research, and discussing the full text is divided into five parts: to begin with, we put forward problems, the research background, content, object and method; The first chapter is about the concept of teacher’s professional consciousness, professional ideals, professional planning, etc. As the foundation, analyses its enlightenment to the high school biology teachers’ professional development; The second chapter through the questionnaire and interviews, the Guangxi Nanning, Guilin, Qinzhou, Liuzhou high school biology teachers’ professional planning and professional development. Survey found that the current high school biology teachers’ professional consciousness and professional planning needs to be strengthened, the relevant departments need to strengthen the attention to the high school biology teachers’ professional planning, from the aspects of teacher education; The third chapter on all four city in Guangxi top-tier high school biology teacher case analysis, in order to get lessons and inspiration; The fourth chapter is the discussion and suggestions. To promote teachers’ professional development, teacher’s professional consciousness, professional planning and professional ideal, the current situation of problem on the further analysis and put forward improvement suggestions. In order to improve the quality of high school biology teachers’ professional development in Guangxi, and to enhance the overall quality of the biology teacher.
