| "China's education modernization 2035" puts forward ten strategic tasks for education modernization.In developing high-quality education with advanced world standards with Chinese characteristics,it requires innovation in talent cultivation and focuses on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability.Critical thinking is the core ability of rationality and creativity,an important part of developing a complete personality,and an indispensable condition for top innovative talents.Based on the national education policy and the core literacy concept,the author studied the current situation of critical thinking in senior high school students and the cultivation methods of critical thinking in biology teaching by taking the students of an ordinary high school in Q county,H province as the main body.This paper firstly analyzes the social and policy factors of China's education modernization strategy,core literacy and college entrance examination,and discusses the significance of critical thinking for students and teachers' teaching and the necessity of cultivating critical thinking.Secondly,the concept of critical thinking origin and development of the comb,re-understand the definition and connotation of critical thinking.We have extensively consulted the latest research literature at home and abroad in recent years to have an in-depth understanding of critical thinking cultivation methods and innovative teaching methods,skills and strategies in the teaching process.The target population of this research is high school students.In order to deeply understand the status quo and influencing factors of high school students' critical thinking ability,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on critical thinking ability of high school students in an ordinary middle school in Q county,H province,and selected a key high school in H province for comparison.The survey found that the overall critical thinking ability of students in ordinary high schools in Q county was at a medium level,and there was a certain gap between them and the key high schools.At the same time,this paper analyzes the influence of parents' educational background,gender and class cadre's experience on students' critical thinking ability.The critical thinking ability of girls is slightly higher than that of boys,but the gap is smaller.The experience of class cadres has a significant impact on students' critical thinking ability and a positive impact on them.Based on the investigation of students' critical thinking,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on cultivating students' critical thinking in biology teaching from the aspects of classroom teaching methods and innovative teaching methods.Improving the teaching method is an important means to guide and promote students' positive thinking,so that students can reflect on what they have learned and gradually improve to self-reflection.The transformation of teaching concept is that teachers should change their educational concept and take the cultivation of students' critical thinking as one of the main goals in the teaching process.Improving teaching skills requires teachers to keep pace with The Times,pay attention to and implement cutting-edge teaching methods,and pay attention to the teaching process to teach students according to their aptitude,so as to encourage students to develop the habit of critical thinking.Cultivating students' critical thinking is not only the need of cultivating innovative talents,but also an important challenge to teachers' teaching ability.This paper investigates the status quo of critical thinking ability of some students in two schools,analyzes some influencing factors,and puts forward some Suggestions on cultivating students' critical thinking ability in biology teaching,hoping to provide references for teachers and researchers. |
