Game is the basic activity of kindergarten,and creative game is the most direct way for children to express their inner world conflicts and worries,wishes and expectations,pleasures and difficulties,and to show their rich inner feelings.It plays a significant role in the development of children's intelligence and non-intelligence factors.However,in practice,there are many problems and doubts about the guidance of creative game for teachers.Therefore,observation and interview methods are used to explore the creative game guidance of the top class in a kindergarten in Wuhan.In this study,four top class teachers were selected as the subjects by random sampling,and their game guidance behaviors were recorded.24 creative game guidance videos and 305 creative game guidance samples were obtained.This study analyzes teachers' guiding behavior quantitatively and qualitatively from five aspects:guiding frequency,intervening time,guiding mode,guiding focus and guiding effect,and finds that teachers' guiding behavior in creative games has the following characteristics:The frequency of teachers' guidance behavior in creative games is high;The main timing of intervention include "guide children's Games","Maintain order and solve contradictions" and "respond to young children";Teachers,main as educators,guide young children through inquiry and advice.Generally speaking,the guidance effect is not great.The following problems exist in Teachers' creative game guidance:the phenomenon of directors and laissez faire is serious;the timing of intervention cannot be properly grasped;the way of game guidance is improper;there is a lack of positive emotional communication in the guidance.In view of the problems of teachers' game guidance,the influencing factors of game guidance are analyzed.Meanwhile,some suggestions are puts forward from teacher's educational concept and the ability of observation,guidance introspection,so as to provide reference for improving the effectiveness of teachers' guidance in creative games.
