| ICT teaching competency,as the core component of ICT competency,is the backbone of promoting education and teaching reform.At present,the ICT teaching competency of teachers in China is mainly manifested as a low-level ICT teaching application,which still needs to be further improved.Clarifying the influence mechanism of teachers' ICT teaching competency is conducive to clarifying the grasping hand and path of teachers' ICT teaching competency improvement.As an individual in a school environment and a regional environment,teachers'ICT teaching competency is affected by the nested structural factors of the teacher,school,and region.However,the current research on the influencing mechanism of teachers ICT teaching competency studies all influencing factors as independent factors at the same level,ignoring the fact that teachers' ICT teaching competency is affected by nested structural factors.Aiming at the problem of the influence mechanism of teachers' ICT teaching competency,considering that teachers' ICT teaching competency is influenced by teachers themselves and environmental factors,this study firstly analyzes the effects of teacher-level factors,school-level factors,and regional-level factors on teachers' ICT teaching competency and the effects between different levels of factors through the literature review,so as to construct a theoretical model of the influence mechanism of teachers' ICT teaching competency under the nested structure.Secondly,based on the theoretical model,considering that teachers as individuals in the environment,the random errors of their individual variables are not independent of each other,and there is an mediation effect between different levels,this study uses a multilevel analysis to explore influencing factors and cross-level mediation effect of teacher ICT teaching competency,so as to systematically analyzes and proposes an ICT teaching competency influencing mechanism,which takes information technology knowledge and self-development behavior as the main force,takes system security and digital resources as the boost.Then,based on the division of influencing factors,the status quo of the teachers'ICT teaching competency and influencing factors are analyzed,and the problems existing in the development of teachers' ICT teaching competency are analyzed.Finally,in view of the existing problems,guided by the observation learning theory,combined with the influence mechanism of teachers' ICT teaching competency,this study systematically proposed the strategies for improving teachers' ICT teaching competency based on the comprehensive role of school environment and individual teacher,including providing teachers with personalized demonstration behaviors,improving the regulation construction,establishing the ICT teaching vision,generating internal motivation through external motivation,and cultivating self-development ability,etc.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in two aspects.First,it focuses on the nested structural relationship of influencing factors of ICT teaching competency at different levels,and the analysis of influencing factors of teachers' ICT teaching competency is more in line with the actual situation;Second,this study considers the cross-level mediation effect,that is,considering that that the teachers' ICT teaching competency is indirectly affected by the school-level factors through the teacher-level factors,so that the influence mechanism of the teachers' ICT teaching competency under the nested structural factors is analyzed.Although this research has achieved certain results,there are still some shortcomings that need to be improved in subsequent studies.First,this study uses a scale to measure teachers' ICT teaching competency,and teachers' subjective factors may have an impact on the results.Second,the sample size of teachers in the study is not large enough,which may also make the analysis results not comprehensive and accurate. |
