The Practical Research On Cultivation Of Physical Reading Ability For Junior High School Students

With the changes in the requirements of physics teaching,in the face of the situation that the Senior High School Entrance Examination has gradually changed to examining self-study ability,information acquisition and information processing ability,training and improving students' scientific reading ability has become the main point of physics teaching reform.Physical reading ability is an important part of students' scientific literacy.Cultivating students' physical reading ability is the requirement of the new curriculum reform,the need of implementing quality education and individual lifelong development.Through the questionnaire survey,we understand the current situation of physics reading teaching in junior high school physics teaching.It is found that the problem of junior high school physics reading teaching is mainly manifested in the lack of training of students' reading interest,reading habits,reading methods,reading strategies and so on.Aiming at the current situation of students' poor reading ability in physics teaching in middle schools,applying reading psychology research theory,combining the characteristics of psychological development of junior high school students,according to the principles and requirements of quality education,from stimulating students' reading interest,cultivating reading habits and guiding reading methods The teaching strategies of cultivating students' physical reading abilities are described from the aspects of improving reading ability and reading comprehension.From the teaching materials,reading materials,example questions,diagrams,information questions and so on,this paper proposes ways to cultivate students' reading ability.For instance,how to read textbooks to preview the basic learning content before class and how to read the"science world" and other materials after class to further expand your knowledge width;how to review questions when using knowledge and how to extract key information from questions;how to extract information such as images and tables unique to physics.The author has carried out practical research accordingly in teaching,and the practice shows the effectiveness and operability of the strategies and approaches proposed by the author.Furthermore,suggestions for reforming physics teaching in middle schools are put forward,in order to play an effective guiding role in reading teaching and solve the main problems in current reading teaching.
