With the development of the country and the guidance of curriculum standards,the situation of college entrance examination also requires the cultivation of students who can acquire,process and analyze information,it's a liberal education.And the teaching material runs through the educational aim,is the tool of the training goal,and embodies the curriculum content,is also the main media of the teacher and the student.Teachers and students are inseparable from the existence of teaching materials,therefore,to grasp and make good use of teaching materials is the core of teaching and learning,and to cultivate students' ability to read teaching materials is one of the important ways to exercise students' ability.This article is through a questionnaire survey,a comprehensive understanding of the high school students' emphasis on teaching materials and their ability to read teaching materials,the author found that the problems in the process of reading teaching materials for high school students mainly include that although students have thirst for knowledge of physics,they have not paid attention to the reading of physics teaching materials,have no good habit of reading teaching materials,and have not mastered the ability to improve the reading of physics teaching materials.We should not only consider the current situation of students unilaterally,but also consider it from the teacher's point of view.We design interviews and consultations.We find that teachers have different views on reading physics textbooks,and attach different importance to the textbooks before,during and after class.Sometimes,there is even less help to improve students' ability to read physics textbooks.From the questionnaire survey of students and the interviews with teachers,it is found that students and teachers do not attach importance to reading textbooks and lack the ability to improve reading physics textbooks.According to the problems found in the survey,some measures are put forward to improve the current situation according to the actual needs.They start from three aspects: preview before class,use in class and review after class.Starting from these three stages,find out the corresponding methods and approaches,and cite relevant cases,in order to play an effective guiding role in teachers' teaching and students' self-study.
