According to the implementation of the information technology application ability improvement project of primary and secondary school teachers and the launch of the education informatization plan,we can see the importance of information technology to the development of education,while the information technology teachers play an important role.According to some studies,teachers in primary and secondary schools are found to have marginalized professional survival status,poor salary and treatment,and low recognition of subject value.The normal students of educational technology major and the non normal students who want to engage in the teacher industry are the successors of the future information technology teachers.Their recognition of the information technology teachers' profession is particularly important,and their learning motivation and learning investment in school will also affect the quality of teacher training.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among the free normal students,the non free normal students and the non normal students who want to be engaged in the teaching profession,the teachers' professional identity,learning motivation and learning engagement.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire and interview,adapted "Teacher Professional Identity Scale" and used"Learning Motivation Scale" and "Learning Input Scale" as research tools,and takes 364 students majoring in educational technology as the research object.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The adapted "Teacher Professional Identity Scale" has good reliability and validity,and is divided into four dimensions,which is suitable for measuring the professional identity of teachers of educational technology students.(2)There are significant differences in school level,grade and family annual income in Teachers' professional identity;there is no demographic variable in Teachers'professional identity between public funded normal school students and non-public funded normal school students,and there are significant differences in school level and grade in Teachers' professional identity.There are significant differences in learning motivation in grade and family income;there is no significant difference in learning engagement in demographic variables.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between teachers' professional identity,learning motivation and learning engagement.Teachers' professional identity can positively affect students' learning engagement;teachers' professional identity can positively affect students' learning motivation;learning motivation can predict learning engagement.Teachers' professional identity affects students' learning engagement through learning motivation.This study explores the teachers' professional identity of the students who want to engage in the teaching profession among the public funded normal students,non-public funded normal students and non-public funded normal students.It also explores the correlation,regression and intermediary relationship between teachers' professional identity,learning motivation and learning engagement.It can promote students' learning motivation and learning engagement through teachers' professional identity,and improve students' learning motivation and learning engagement.The results of the study will contribute to the cultivation of more excellent information technology teachers.
