Research On The Two-Oriented Social Index System Of ZhuZhou Vocational Education Science And Technology Park

With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the development of social economy demands more and more resources,which further aggravates the consumption of resources.The transitional consumption of resources makes the problem of resources and environment become a prominent problem for human survival and development.With the increasing global competition for resources,the excessive consumption of resources and the continuous deterioration of the environment,it has gradually evolved from a local problem to a global problem that human beings must face together,which has a great impact on the sustainable development of human beings.How to effectively overcome the threat of constantly consumed resources and deteriorating environment to human beings,and promote the harmonious coexistence of human beings and the environment has become an important problem that human beings urgently need to solve.Therefore,the development concept of "resource-saving and environment-friendly" society has gradually attracted the attention of the whole society.Effective conservation of natural resources and continuous improvement of the environment are the important embodiment of ecological civilization and the fundamental way to achieve green and low-carbon sustainable economic and social development.As a new type of social development mode,"two oriented society" must follow the principles of completeness,pertinence and operability,and take into account social harmony,innovation and development.This study takes Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park as the research object.Starting from the relationship between the regional economic construction and social development of Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park,it adopts the methods of literature research,practical investigation,dialectical analysis and systematic analysis as the basic methods of this study.The research focuses on the construction of "two oriented society",economic development and vocational education development of Zhuzhou vocational education science and technology park The main problems such as exhibition,effective utilization of resources and environmental protection and improvement are discussed.The construction principles,ideas and Strategies of the indicator system for the construction of "two oriented society" in Zhuzhou vocational education science and technology park are put forward.On this basis,a complete indicator system for the construction of "two oriented society" in Zhuzhou vocational education science and technology park is constructed,and the specific target values of each indicator are put forward,and the specific implementation of the indicator system is discussed The concrete countermeasures are put forward.The main results are as follows:(1)on the basis of defining the area,area,components and corresponding functions of the overall planning of Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park,this paper analyzes the construction and development elements of the "two oriented society" of Zhuzhou vocational education science and technology park.On the basis of attaching great importance to the construction of "two oriented society,and comprehensive understanding of its connotation,through the analysis of relevant theories and research literature,consultation with experienced industry experts and on-the-spot investigation,this paper clarifies the influencing factors in all aspects of the construction and development of "two oriented society”in Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park,and the specific purpose of the construction of"two oriented society" in the park Under the guidance of the subject matter and the provisions of the construction requirements,the elements of the "two oriented society"in the park are divided,and then the sub elements of various elements are determined.Based on the thorough analysis and reasonable optimization of each constituent element,the optimal combination of "two type" social construction index system is realized.(2)based on the analysis of the construction and development direction of the "two oriented society" and the framework of the elements of the "two oriented society",the index system of the construction of the "two oriented society" in Zhuzhou vocational education science and technology park is scientifically constructed,which mainly involves three basic aspects,12 sub items and 49 index items with certain internal relations,namely,resource conservation,environmental friendliness and sustainable development.The index system is in line with the general laws and specific requirements of the "two oriented" social construction of Vocational Education Science and Technology Park,so it has a strong scientific,practical operation and goal orientation.(3)in view of the index system of Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park's "two oriented society" planning and construction,this paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Zhuzhou vocational education science and Technology Park:first,in the construction process of"two oriented society",we should pay attention to the strict conservation of various resources,vigorously and continuously develop energy conservation and emission reduction;second,we should establish and improve the environmental protection mechanism,improve the friendship between the environment and human beings Third,we should vigorously develop green technology and related industries,especially guide the development of environmental protection industry reasonably.Fourth,we should strengthen the construction of two oriented society and promote the development of vocational education.(4)this study has important practical significance for the construction of "two oriented society" in relevant regions,the construction of index system and the formulation of implementation countermeasures,as well as the promotion of sustainable development of regional economy and society.
