With the development of informatization and economic globalization,international competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to improve the international competitiveness of country and citizens,countries around the world have launched a wave of key competencies research,constructing and cultivating students' key competencies has become the focus of research in the international education community in recent years.Chinese educators explore key competencies that suits China 's national conditions according to actual conditions and international experience,key competencies has become an important guide for China 's new curriculum reform,implementing and cultivating students 'key competencies requires teaching in various disciplines.The key competencies was refined and detailed,and then the key competencies in physics was also proposed.The most effective way to cultivate the key competencies of students in physics is teaching.How to cultivate and develop the key competencies of students in physics in teaching is a very worthwhile subject,which is of great significance to the implementation of key competencies in basic education and the cultivation of talents in the new era.In order to fully understand the current status of key competencies in physics cultivation in high school students,use questionnaires to survey high school students and interviews to interview high school physics teachers.In the design of the questionnaire,the author based on the four dimensions of key competencies in physics,based on the characteristics of the physics subject,integrated the literacy of learning in key competencies into the scientific inquiry dimension of key competencies in physics,healthy life literacy and the interdisciplinary characteristics of key competencies were integrated into the scientific attitude and responsibility dimensions of key competencies in physics,and a questionnaire for key competencies of physics in high school students was designed.Teaching is a process of bilateral interaction between teachers and students.In order to better and comprehensively cultivate the key competencies of students in physics,the author interviewed high school physics teachers.The interviews mainly consisted of teachers' understanding of the key competencies in physics,the teaching methods of teachers in class at ordinary times,teachers' attitudes to physics experiments,and the role of experiments in cultivating students' key competencies in physics.Through the investigation of high school students andinterviews with teachers,it is found that students have a certain level of key competencies in physics,but the overall level of literacy needs to be improved.In the new era,the principle of cultivating the key competencies of students in physics should meet the diverse and individual needs of students.Based on the summary analysis of student surveys and teacher interview results,earnestly studying the 2017 edition of the physics curriculum standards and reading the literature on key competencies of students in physics,seven basic principles that should be followed in cultivating key competencies of students in physics are proposed,the principle of gradual progress,the principle of times,the principle of living,the principle of human culture,the principle of constructivity,the principle of diversity of teaching methods,and the principle of evaluation.Teaching is not only a matter for teachers and students,but also needs the help and support of the government and schools.Use vacation time to train physics teachers;schools should actively cooperate with colleges and universities;schools should strengthen the construction of physics discipline laboratories;and establish physics Subject-specific classrooms,to meet the needs of class teaching,etc.The author summarizes the government and schools' guarantees for students to cultivate key competencies in physics.Finally,the author summarizes and analyzes the main problems in the current physics teaching,summarizes how teachers should take physics concept lessons,regular lessons,and experimental lessons in the new era,and based on the basic principles that should be followed to cultivate students' key competencies in physics,the 2017 edition of the new physics curriculum standards and high school physics content has designed specific physics concept lessons,regular lessons,and experimental lesson teaching cases.This research focuses on cultivating students' key competencies in physics in teaching.Through this research,we hope to enrich the key competencies training system in physics and provide some references for the majority of physics teachers.
