Training Needs For Kindergarten Teacher Trainers Investigation And Countermeasure Research

In recent years,the cause of preschool education has been booming,and has been paid more and more attention by the state.The healthy and rapid development of preschool education needs a group of professional kindergarten teachers,and the specialization of kindergarten teachers leads to the specialization of kindergarten teacher trainers.Training is particularly important as an effective way to promote the professional development of kindergarten teacher trainers.However,there are many problems in the training of kindergarten teacher trainers,which is due to the lack of investigation and analysis of the training needs of kindergarten teacher trainers.Based on the theory of teacher professional development,training system theory and adult learning theory,this study investigated and studied the training needs and existing problems of kindergarten teacher trainers by means of questionnaire survey and interview.The research presents the present situation of training of kindergarten teacher trainers and their evaluation of training;discusses the current training needs of kindergarten teacher trainers and their existing problems;and on this basis puts forward strategies to improve the effectiveness of training.Through investigation and research,it is found that first of all,kindergarten teacher trainers think that the existing training is mainly in the common form,and the training content is mainly "trainer professional concept and teacher ethics" and "preschool education professional accomplishment ",and arranged during the working period.Kindergarten teacher trainers are more satisfied with the training and think that the training is more helpful to their own work.Secondly,the majority of kindergarten teacher trainers participate in the training because of internal motivation,in order to meet their own development needs,there is a strong training demand:like the training model of combination of research and training and special courses;high demand for practical and interactive forms of training;tend to choose the same or similar trainers as their position;high demand for the frequency of training once a semester;and the most preferred way of evaluating thematic sharing and presentation.However,there are some differences in the needs of teachers and trainers in different kindergartens,such as:in terms of training content,teachers and researchers of preschool education in colleges and universities have a strong demand for "professional knowledge of trainers"and "professional ability of trainers ".Finally,it is concluded that there are some problems in the training of kindergarten teachers:the training group is mixed,the training orientation is vague;the training course is too general,the demand response is not good;the training content is old,the practice effect is lacking;the training form is single,the interactive communication is not enough;the evaluation standard is vague,the examination way is monotonous.According to the survey of the current situation of training needs and the macro analysis of the existing problems,the countermeasures to improve the training efficiency of kindergarten teacher trainers in the new period are put forward:(1)to identify the training groups and determine the training orientation;(2)to design the training courses to improve the training effectiveness;(3)to improve the training content and promote professional development;(4)to improve the training form and communication interaction;(5)to enrich the assessment methods and pay attention to comprehensive evaluation;(6)to optimize the training courses and play a demonstration role.
