| With the implementation of the new curriculum, it is important that the learning style of students'passive listening should be transformed into the method of advocating learning autonomy and learning cooperativeness, which is of great significance to students'study. Modern education attaches great importance to enhancing the ability of independent learning. The focal points and difficult points of the educational reform lies in classes, so that Taihu High School in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province carries out the teaching experimental research on Learning guide of teaching activities in order to switch teachers' teaching modes and students' learning methods thoroughly and make classes efficient. This paper is divided into five parts and they are as follows:The first part illustrates the definition and the teaching principles of Learning guide of teaching activities. The second part demonstrates the background of the study and the significance of the study as well as its creativity. The third part analyzes the research condition both nationally and internationally. In the fourth part, the author states the results of this experiment research, which proves the effect of the experimental research. Based on the teaching practice, the author also analyzes the results from the angles of the whole school and all the teachers together with teachers of biology. Based on the major problems existing in the practice of the experiment the author puts forward valuable suggestions in the last part.Analysis results show that with the utilization of Learning guide of teaching activities, it is obvious that the enthusiasm of teachers and students has been aroused and the wisdom of teachers and students has been activated. Apparently, the students'school marks and the ability of self study have been improved.
