| With the rapid development of network technology and the rapid improvement of people's living standards,the channels and ways of acquiring knowledge and information are diversified and easy to get.With the rapid change of students' learning methods and learning likes and dislikes,the traditional teaching mode can not meet the needs of contemporary students and the development of quality education.What kind of teaching mode can better satisfy the cultivation of students' core quality under the information background is a problem worth thinking deeply by all educators.And it was the author FS classroom teaching mode,the red flag high school principal according to the teaching management,teaching experience for many years,and draw lessons from the other classic teaching mode constructed a kind of brand-new education teaching mode,which is based on Dewey five-step teaching method and the new curriculum teaching concept,on the school teaching,the author puts forward the popularized and applied in the school classroom teaching mode,the innovation of teaching mode for middle school geography education workers has greatly inspire and draw lessons from meaning.The main contribution of this research lies in the fact that basing on the original FS in our school classroom teaching model as the foundation,with the red flag high school as the experimental point,analysis the FS practical teaching patterns,FS first class teaching mode as well as from the teacher,student activities,democratic classroom perspective of reflect and carry out the evaluation of the concept of new curriculum,but also to the teachers' basic skills as inspection content,pay attention to students and teachers both progressive.Secondly,the logical sequence of FS classroom teaching mode is as follows:guided preview of learning plans(paper marking and statistics)→in-group communication→teacher pointing(answering questions and solving difficulties)→targeted training(compensation exercise)→summary,homework(main links).Its teaching links have the advantages of pertinency,stratification and knowledge consolidation.FS teaching mode also has its limitations:according to the relevant experimental results,since the implementation on November 18,2013,the school has carried out the fifth round of promotion and implementation of teaching mode.I.FS teaching mode has strong theoretical guidance but insufficient discipline.Second,the teaching model does not pay enough attention to the course content,the evaluation system of the teaching model is not perfect,and the personalized tracking and feedback mechanism of learners is not perfect.We need to continue to explore and improve,in order to better adapt to the new curriculum reform background of students' comprehensive quality requirements and development. |
