| The professional level of teachers in rural teaching points affects the professional quality of the entire rural teachers.Promoting the professional development of teachers in rural teaching points is very important to improve the quality of rural education.However,due to the weak basic conditions,remote geographical location and other reasons,the problems faced by teachers in rural teaching points in professional development are still severe,such as complicated tasks,lack of guidance and help,lack of opportunities and platforms for teaching and research.Therefore,it is very urgent to find effective ways to promote the professional development of teachers in rural teaching points.The advancement of educational information has brought new opportunities for the professional development of teachers in rural teaching points.Therefore,this paper h carries out practical research on the problem of the professional development of rural teachers in Chongyang County,Hubei Province,and discusses how the author,with the support of information technology,promotes the effective development of online teaching and research activities through continuous practice and revision,so as to promote the professional development of teachers in teaching points.This article systematically sorts out the relevant research on rural teachers'professional development,online teaching and research,and rural teachers' professional development based on online teaching and research,and establishes the theoretical basis and follow-up research ideas of this research.According to the actual situation of teaching work,teaching and research environment,and the difficulties in professional development of teachers in teaching points in Chongyang County,Hubei Province,we designed online teaching and research activities in line with the professional development of teachers in teaching points.And in order to improve the effectiveness of online teaching and research,the author,as a researcher,designer and implementer,has optimized and practiced online teaching and research activities in three stages according to the feedback of teachers in teaching points,and always upholding the principle of responding to the needs and concerns of teachers in teaching points.Based on the data collected in the process of online teaching and research practice and on the basis of the Kirkpatrick's Four-Level Model,this paper uses a combination of social network analysis,Nvivo coding analysis,case analysis and other research methods to analyze the dynamic changes of teachers in the process of participating in online teaching and research from the reaction level,learning level,and behavior level.Finally,it summarizes the practical effect of online teaching and research,the practical experience that can promote the effective implementation of online teaching and research for teachers in rural teaching points,and the factors that influence teachers in rural teaching points to participate in online teaching and research.Finally,according to the previous research results,the author proposes a series of intervention strategies from the reaction level,learning level and behavior level to improve the effectiveness of online teaching and research for teachers in rural teaching points.And then promote the sustainable development of teachers' profession. |
