Scientific inquiry has been a hot vocabulary in science education for the past thirty years.The "Primary High School Biology Curriculum Standards" released in 2017 also listed scientific inquiry as an important dimension of core literacy in biology.Scientific inquiry helps students understand the nature of science and acquire the ability and thinking to deal with real-world problems.Its importance is recognized by the public,but the feasibility of teaching implementation is controversial.According to existing education issues,the United States released the "Next Generation Science Education Standard"(NGSS)in 2013,replacing "scientific inquiry" with "scientific practice" as the core concept.Scientific practice does not deny the importance of scientific inquiry,but the deepening of scientific inquiry based on student development and teaching feasibility.The college entrance examination is an important talent selection test in China.The analysis of the content and form of the biology college entrance examination for scientific practice questions is beneficial to meet the needs of educational reform,promote the development of teachers and students' scientific practice ability,and provide reference opinions for the biology college entrance examination questions.Therefore,this research selects the perspective of scientific practice to analyze the biological examination questions.Based on the connotation of scientific practice,combining the characteristics of the examination questions,the scientific practice questions are divided into four categories:evidence-based interpretation,and mathematics.Mind analysis of numbers,analysis of practical elements,design and improvement programs.Analyze the examination questions of provinces and cities in the three years from 2017 to 2019.It is found that the proportion of scientific practice questions is mostly between 40%and 60%.Most of the questions are based on biological experiments,biological science and technology practices and surveys,and cover a wide range of knowledge.Requires higher scientific literacy for studentsBased on the distribution and specific examples,summarize the characteristics of various types of biological examination practical questions for the college entrance examination:construct evidence based on evidence to focus on constructing explanations based on experimental phenomena and data;use mathematical thinking to analyze numbers and graphs.The investigation of the graph model,the background of the topic design reflects the concern for the ecosystem;the practical elements of the investigation are based on textbook experiments,and the combination with biotechnology and production practices is emphasized.Attaching importance to students' ability to present schemes,verifying experiments and exploring experiments in parallel.Based on the research results,make suggestions for the teaching of high school biology scientific practice and biology review of college entrance examination:rationally arrange PBL teaching to improve students 'practical ability;strengthen interdisciplinary teaching consciousness and build a scientific knowledge system;make full use of laboratory resources to improve students' perceptual knowledge;The development of bioengineering technology emphasizes the application value of knowledge.Construct the subject knowledge system around core concepts;improve the ability to acquire and analyze information;attach importance to expression and communication,and express ideas scientifically;use both hands and brain to achieve meaningful learning.
