Research purposes:Functional training has achieved good results in modern competitive sports training,but its application in the field of school sports is insufficient.The purpose of this study is to introduce the function training into the track and field teaching of junior middle school,and to carry out the function training in the form of junior middle school physical education classroom,so as to explore the effect of the function training on promoting the physical health level of junior middle school students,and then lay the foundation for enriching the content of junior middle school physical education and broadening the teaching ideas of junior middle school physical education teachers.Research methods:The junior middle school students affiliated to Yongkang City Middle School Attached to Teacher Training School were selected as the subjects.Two classes of the school were randomly selected.Functional training+track and field course was set as experimental group,and routine track and field course was set as control group.There were 40 students in experimental group and control group,each with teaching intervention time of one semester and three class hours per week.The experimental group carried out routine track and field teaching content,in which the preparation part and the end part of teaching were replaced by 20-minute function training,including preparation,core strength training,stretching and contraction exercises,strength and explosive force training,energy cycle,technical movements and recovery training.The control group received routine track and field teaching without any other sports intervention.Before the teaching experiment,the physical health indicators of the two groups of students,such as height,weight,standing long jump,pull-up(man),one minute sit-ups(woman),vital capacity,sitting forward bend,50 meters running,1000/800 meters running,were pre-tested.The T-test results showed that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the above physical health indicators.After one semester of experimental intervention in track and field teaching,the physical health indicators of the experimental group and the control group were tested again,and the experimental data of the two groups were compared with each other by statistical method.The results are as follows:1)After 10 weeks of experiment,the experimental group of boys was better than the control group in standing long jump,pull-up,1000 meters running and sitting forward bend.The experimental group of girls was better than the control group in standing long jump,1 minute sit-ups,800 meters running and sitting forward bend.There is no gender difference in promoting the physical health level of junior high school students in the experimental group.2)After 10 weeks of experiment,there were significant differences in 50 meters running and vital capacity before and after the experiment in the control group(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were very significant differences in pull-up,1 minute sit-up,1000 meters running and sitting forward bend between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.01),there were significant differences in standing long jump and 800 meters running between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05).The effect of introducing physical function training in track and field teaching was better than that of single routine track and field teaching.Research conclusions:1)Functional training can significantly improve the physical health level of junior high school students,especially the explosive strength of lower limbs,muscle endurance,aerobic endurance and flexibility of boys and lower limbs,muscle endurance,aerobic endurance and flexibility of girls.2)After junior high school students' track and field teaching combined with functional training,the quality of speed,strength and explosive force,aerobic endurance,cardiopulmonary function,flexibility and other qualities have improved significantly,and the improvement of various qualities is more comprehensive.
