Ideological and political education is a fine tradition of the Communist Party of China.In order to meet the needs of the times,the ministry of education included"network education" in the top ten ideological and political education systems of colleges and universities in 2017,highlighting the importance of online education in colleges and universities.In recent years,the booming development of big data technology also provides a historical opportunity for optimizing the work of network education in colleges and universities.Big data technology has strong data perception and processing ability,which can contribute to the work of network education in colleges and universities.But at the same time,the emergence of new things will inevitably bring new thinking,so it is of great practical significance to study the current situation and optimization of network education in universities from the perspective of big data.The main content framework of this paper is divided into three parts:Part 1:explain the basic problems of online education in colleges and universities from the perspective of big data,and mainly solve the problem of "what".It includes two aspects:internal theory and external environment.Firstly,this paper discusses the connotation of network education in universities from the perspective of big data and summarizes its characteristic system.Secondly,it explains the basic elements such as the goal,content,value and action mechanism of network education in universities from the perspective of big data.Finally,the opportunity and challenge of its development are expounded.Part 2:taking H universities in central China as the research object,this paper carries out case analysis of network education in universities from the perspective of big data,and focuses on the problem of "why".Firstly,the design basis of the survey scale is explained.Secondly,on the basis of mastering first-hand data,the main achievements of the research object can be summarized into one center,one set of management and five models.At the same time,the paper analyzes its main difficulties,including material security,data collection,data analysis,education evaluation,etc.Finally,combining with case investigation and literature,this paper analyzes the causes of network education problems in colleges and universities from macro and micro perspectives.Part 3:based on the current situation and reason analysis above,this paper proposes the principle requirements and implementation strategies of network education in colleges and universities from the perspective of big data optimization,and solves the problem of "how".It includes four principles,namely,political principle,integrity principle,sharing principle and development principle,and two implementation strategies,namely,building the development system of big data college network education at the macro level and expanding the application system of big data college network education at the micro level.
