Nowadays,with the development of science and technology,all walks of life in society are undergoing earth-shaking changes,so is teaching.As the cognitive background and academic situation of students vary constantly and The New Curriculum Standards clearly emphasize the importance of emotional education,requirements for teachers are correspondingly becoming higher and higher.In mathematics teaching,not only are grasping related knowledge and six abilities like spatial imagination ability,abstract generalization ability and theoretical proof ability crucial,but also cultivating all-round students.Therefore,teachers are required to be well-prepared,knowledgeable and flexible,which means they must be able to make necessary adjustments to their teaching methods and teaching style.Besides,since teachers' teaching behavior plays an indispensable part in students' learning and thinking and has direct impact on the quality of teaching,it should be highly valued and cannot be emphasized too much.Thus,this thesis mainly focuses on the teaching behavior of mathematics teachers in senior high schools,taking mathematics teachers in senior high schools in Changzhi district as subjects and using a variety of methods,such as interviews,questionnaires,case analysis and class observation to carry out the research.The purpose of this study is to observe the correlation between students' learning effect and teachers' classroom teaching behavior,and to investigate whether teachers'classroom teaching behavior is suitable for mathematics teaching and learning environment.First,design the questionnaire and the observation scale and determine the outline of the interview.Then conduct the interview among teachers and distribute the questionnaire to students.Finally,apply the observation scale to teaching to see how to present these activities and perform data analysis.The results show that although teachers spare no effort to let students be the center of class,cultivate their ability in learning and cooperation and pay much attention to their feelings,there still exists a lot of problems like limited time left for students to think,which lead to the consequences of cannot accomplishing teaching aims properly and using limited teaching methods.And at the end of this thesis,in view of the problems and causes existing in the teaching behavior of the mathematics teachers in our city,some useful suggestions are proposed.
