Academic procrastination often occurs in students' learning activities,which means that individuals realize that procrastination will bring negative consequences,but still voluntarily refuse to complete the learning task.Academic procrastination will have a serious negative impact on high school students' learning and adaptation.Procrastination leads to low learning efficiency and unsatisfactory academic performance,which leads to the loss of hope for the future.Most of the researches on academic procrastination are focused on the University.College students spend more time freely and are more likely to procrastinate.High school is the most stressful and time-consuming stage in life.Many people think that there will be less academic procrastination in high school students,but in this tense learning environment,there are still many procrastination behaviors.According to Eriksson's theory of psychological development stage,the main task of high school students is to establish self-identity and solve the crisis of role disorder.In this stage,students will start to think about themselves and the future,and their thinking about the future will guide their current behavior.In recent years,the new college entrance examination policy has been implemented in succession.When students choose subjects,they need to have certain thinking and planning for the future,so that they can think about the future to guide the current behavior.High school is short of time,in addition to the reasonable use of class time,how to plan and use the spare time efficiently is an important factor to achieve excellent results.Especially for boarding high school students,they spend most of their time in school,lack of parents' care and supervision,teachers face too many students,also can not take care of every student,in order to avoid academic delay,this requires students to have good time management ability.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to explore the impact of future time perspective and time management disposition on academic procrastination,as well as the intermediary role of time management disposition in future time perspective and academic procrastination.On this basis,we design targeted group assistance programs,and select boarding high school students with academic procrastination to carry out time management group counseling activities,and explore how to improve time The effectiveness of management orientation in reducing academic procrastination.In this study,two sub studies were carried out.The first study used the middle school students' academic procrastination scale,adolescents' future time insight scale and adolescents' time management disposition scale to investigate 600 subjects in a boarding high school in Wuhan City,Hubei Province,by means of questionnaire survey,in order to explore the future time insight,academic procrastination and time management disposition of boarding high school students The relationship between.The results show that:(1)There are differences in demographic variables in the time management disposition of boarding high school students.The students in the towns show higher time management disposition than the students in the villages.Boys' sense of time value is significantly higher than girls' sense of time monitoring and time efficacy is significantly higher than that of rural students.(2)The future time perspective of boarding high school students is also different in demographic variables,and the future time perspective of students in urban areas is significantly higher than that of students in rural areas.(3)The future time perspective of boarding high school students is negatively correlated with academic procrastination,positively correlated with time management disposition and its dimensions;academic procrastination is negatively correlated with time management disposition and its dimensions,time management disposition plays a part of intermediary role between future time perspective and academic procrastination of boarding high school students,while time efficacy and time monitoring conception are not in boarding high school Time perspective and academic procrastination play a part of the intermediary role.On the basis of study 1,study 2 selected subjects according to the purpose of the study,sorted the scores of time management disposition from low to high,and academic procrastination from high to low,and screened out 24 subjects.On the basis of controlling gender and region,the selected subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,12 in each group,and the intervention mode of group counseling was carried out for the experimental group.The results show that:After group intervention,there were significant differences in time management disposition,dimensions and academic procrastination between the experimental group and the control group.The results showed that after eight group activities,the time management tendency and its dimensions of the students were improved,and the academic procrastination was reduced.This time,it is effective to improve the ability of time management and reduce academic procrastination.This study explores the impact of future time perspective on academic delay,and expands the research perspective on future time perspective and academic delay.The group counseling and intervention activities with time as the theme effectively improve the individual's sense of time value,time monitoring view and time management tendency.The individual realizes the importance of time and the necessity of time management,can use time management skills to effectively use time,and has the confidence and determination to carry out long-term time management.On this basis,the individual's time management ability has been effectively improved,and academic procrastination has been improved.
