| Children's self-care behavior is not only an important foundation for the healthy development of children, but also a basic activity of children based on society. In this study, children's self-care behavior refers to external behaviors based on observing children's physical and mental development rules and age characteristics.Children do not rely on others' help, can reach the corresponding stage of learning and development goals, and independently complete daily life tasks.which performed. This study will take children's day-to-day life activities as the starting point, and investigate the children's self-care behavior through clothing, washing, toileting, eating and sleeping behavior. The questionnaire survey method was used as the main research method.A total of 120 valid subjects in Wuhan A Kindergarten were selected and questionnaires were distributed to their parents. At the same time, observation and interview methods were used as auxiliary research methods to jointly explore the characteristics and causes of children's self-care behavior, and to propose training strategies and suggestions.Research indicates:1.The older children are,the better their self-care behaviors are. There are significant differences in the overall performance of self-care behaviors of children at different ages. The development of self-care behaviors of children shows a progressive trend with age.The older children are better at performing self-care behaviors; The development speed of children in the class and then in the large class is fast and then slow. There is a significant difference in the performance of self-care behavior of middle-and large-class children, but the overall performance of self-care behavior of middle-and large-class children tends to be consistent and there is no significant difference.2.Girls perform better in self-care behavior than boys. The overall performance of children's self-care behavior is significantly different from that of children's gender. In daily life,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of boys' self-care awareness and ability, and to cultivate good living hygiene habits.3.Children's self-care behavior is the best when parents raise their children. With parents and elders nurturing together, the score is at a medium level, followed by children's self-care behavior.Under the elder parenting, the score is the lowest, and the children's self-care behavior is the worst. There is no significant difference between parents' educational background and children's self-care behavior.4.The performance of children's self-care behavior was significantly different in each link.In terms of the specific performance of each link:young children performed best in the toilet;second, with no significant differences in performance in dressing, washing, and dining;and worst in sleep. This is closely related to the current teachers'more respect for children's willingness to use the toilet. In dressing, washing and dining, children have higher requirements for fine movements,so they perform poorly.During sleep, children lack exercise opportunities at home and have a poor sense of finishing,so worst performance.Based on this, the following educational suggestions are put forward:Parents'preparations:Parents should update their parenting concepts and unify education methods;create appropriate environments and create a good family style;respect gender differences, and focus on the cultivation of boys' self-service ability.Teachers'professional literacy preparation:respect children's physical and mental characteristics, improve children's self-care ability;stimulate children's self-care consciousness, respect individual differences of children;adopt diversified methods to improve children's self-care ability.Preparations for kindergarten management:formulate development plans, quantify assessment details;optimize home cooperation, and improve service quality. |
