Primary school teachers play a vital role in the healthy growth of primary school students,under the full care of teachers to grow up in the primary school students can be fully comprehensive and harmonious development,but in the absence of teacher's care or improper care are difficult for primary school students to achieve their own healthy and coordinated growth.At the same time,teachers still play an important role in connecting schools and students,connecting knowledge with students,it is difficult to imagine that in the absence of teacher's care one can be good enough to achieve his goal.However,the reality is not optimistic,with the changes of the times and the rapid development of social economy,teacher care has undergone subtle changes.There is a serious situation of unethical care between teachers and students,that is,teachers think that they have invested a lot of effort in students,which not only exceeds their own load but also does not get the recognition of students,parents and even society,while students say that they rarely or even do not feel the teacher's care for them,they think that teachers will only care for students with good academic performance,can not be treated equally.Under such a realistic dilemma,we must reflect on the causes of the problem and try to find a way to solve the current problem.At the end of the 20 th century,caring education theory emerged in the west,and still plays an important role in the field of education.The theory of caring education,with the theories of educational philosophy,humanism psychology and modernism sociology as the starting point of its research,deeply reflects on the lack of "care" in the current society and school education.The theory of caring education pays attention to the role of "care" in school education,and emphasizes that the growth of the life of teachers and students is far from "caring".In school education,we should always grasp the "care" as the core and foothold,teachers give full and appropriate care,in order to achieve the goal of healthy growth of individual students.Based on the theory of care,this paper uses questionnaires and other research methods to study the current situation of primary school teachers' care.On the basis of following ethical principles,through the questionnaire survey of some students and teachers in Primary School in Shanghai and combining the literature,this paper analyzes the current situation of primary school teachers' care behavior,tries to find out the problems of teachers' care and the causes of the problems,and tries to put forward an effective strategy to improve teachers' care behavior.The investigation found that teachers' cognition of care is biased,lack of life care for students,lack of care in the process of education,differences in care for students and false care under false behavior.Based on the theory of caring education,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the care behavior of teachers,based on the current situation of primary school teachers' care.First of all,based on the teacher level,teachers should re-establish the role of care to raise the level of care theory awareness,establish the concept of care education,strengthen teachers' emotional care while paying attention to the continuity of care,and master the art of care flexible grasp of the human nature of care.At the student level,we should improve students' ability to receive care,enhance the humanistic quality of perceived care,master the skills of responding to care,and strengthen their ability to care for others.Finally,we should construct the care support system objectively,and build the caring school and the caring family.
