Creativity is one of the important test standards for postgraduate cultivation quality.Universities are the cradle for training creative talents.However,a large number of researches have shown that the overall level of postgraduate creativity in China is not high.With the increase in the number of postgraduates in the context of enrollment expansion,the quality of postgraduate education is increasingly suspected.Education is a gradual process,The low creativity of postgraduate not only reflects the quality problems of postgraduate cultivation in universities,but from another perspective,it is also related to the previous stage of education received by postgraduate students,that is undergraduate education.This research attempts to select from the perspective of individual postgraduate students,selects postgraduate students from a number of universities in our country as survey objects,and explores the relationship between their higher education experience and creativity,furthermore,it provides suggestions for undergraduate education management and postgraduate education management from the three levels of education management department,universities,and students.This research firstly summarizes the relevant research achievements and research status at home and abroad in the past,and puts forward the possible influencing factors of postgraduate creativity in higher education.Secondly,the research variables are defined operationally,their interrelationships are studied,and research hypotheses and theoretical models are proposed.Then learn lessons from more mature survey tools at home and abroad to formulate questionnaires,collect and analyze the research data,and verify the research hypotheses and theoretical models through descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis methods.The research results show that:firstly,there is a lack of scientific research experience,poor academic performance,and few academic achievements during the undergraduate study period,During the postgraduate period,there is a lack of learning enthusiasm and initiative,insufficient academic participation experience,and the communication initiative with tutors and classmates to is not strong,the extracurricular time arrangement is unreasonable;secondly,the postgraduate creativity shows a general level in the three dimensions of creative knowledge,creative thinking and creative practice,and the number of innovative achievements is relatively small;thirdly,higher educational experience has a significant impact on postgraduate creativity,specifically,"relationship with classmates and tutors" and "after-school activities and arrangements"of postgraduate study experience are the main factors which affect postgraduate creativity characteristics,the "research activity participation" of undergraduate study experience and the"academic activity participation" of postgraduate study experience have significant impact on creative achievements.Fourthly,the interactive effect of undergraduate study experience and postgraduate study experience has a significant impact on postgaduate creativity,the "learning knowledge experience" at the undergraduate stage affects the "academic activity participation" at the postgraduate stage,and the two factors together have a significant impact in promoting postgraduate creativity.The "research activity participation" at the undergraduate stage affects the"academic activity participation" at the postgraduate stage,and the two factors together have a significant impact in promoting postgraduate creativity.According to the problems and the conclusions found in the study,it provides some suggestions for the cultivation of postgraduate creativity from the three aspects of perfecting the evaluation system,strengthening training intensity and attaching importance to self-improvement.
