In 2002, Science and Technology Office of Ministry of Education, the Central School Department of China Communist Youth League, and China Institute on Science Popularization launched the 3rd social investigation regarding national teenagers' creativity is trained. The result of the investigation reveals that gratifying achievements have been made in reform of education and teaching in our country's higher schools, but many problems still exist. People especially concern the question of curriculum. This thesis has mainly analyzed the materials that were obtained in the nationwide investigation. In the first part, I have narrated object of the study, contents of the study, purpose and meaning of the study. The current situation of studies on domestic relevant subjects at present has done reviewed briefly, and I have done some explanation to the key concepts. In the second part, I have analyzed the current situation about the undergraduate's courses of our country at present. In the third part, I have explained the problem existing in the curricular structure from the horizon of sociology of education. In the forth part, according to the real example research materials that the scholars of our country have obtained during surveys of university students' creativity, I have summarized several main characteristics about creativity of university students of our country. In the fifth part, according to the defect of the curricular structure of our country and characteristic of university students, I have proposed several imaginations how to frame curricula up, emphasize especially the main function of the curricula structure is to help students to organize to their learning processes by oneself. In the sixth part, I have especially analyzed that our country university should offer required curricula relevant creativity. In the seventh part, I have touched upon various realistic factors that restricted the imagined curricular structure realized.Curriculum is a complicated field. Students are full of uncertainty. To adjust of the curriculum structure and cultivate students' creativity, students, families, schools and society must jointly make long-term efforts.
