Research tourism in China currently includes educational tourism,off-campus education, social practice, theme camps, outdoor development, natural science examination and other types. The State Council has also written to encourage the implementation of Research Tourism. In recent years, study tourism has received great development and social attention.Although the development momentum of research tourism is rapid, there are still many problems in product design and market development. This paper takes Beijing as a case study, and takes parents of primary and secondary school students in Beijing as the research population.Through on-the-spot investigation,Take the survey opinions of some parents of primary and secondary schools in Beijing as an example, and adopting SPSS statistical software,it summarizes the cognition and attitude of research tourism, the motivation of participating in research tourism, the preference of research tourism destination selection, and the access to information of research tourism destination. The demographic characteristics of co-parents are collected and analyzed, and valuable research results are obtained. The results show that most parents think that research tourism is a second classroom for learning knowledge and skills;the motivation of participating in research tourism is mainly because they want to make full use of children's spare time so that children can learn more things;the preference of tourism destination is mainly based on famous schools, science and technology museums, etc.Museums, historic and cultural sites, red tourist destinations and so on are the main ones;more than half of parents have an impact on family economy, which has become a financial burden to some extent;whether they want to continue to let their children participate in research tourism and whether they are willing to participate in research tourism with their children or not All of them have made positive response. These results provide meaningful first-hand information and suggestions for the market development of research tourism. Finally, the shortcomings of this paper and future research directions are put forward. |
