| In nowadays society,the rapid development of science and technology and the ever-changing knowledge raise higher requirements for educational reform and human development.In the face of increasingly fierce social competition,the continuous improvement of learning power is an indispensable quality which can ensure the individual to achieve full personality development and build a learning society.Learning power is the ability that learners can use it to change their existing state and acquire their full development by mastering,using and creating knowledge.It can help the learner to gain a successful experience and complete the learning task smoothly.However,it was not until the 21 st century that Chinese researchers began to study and discuss learning power,and the research objects have mainly focused on leaders,corporate employees,teachers,and college students,and the research on children's learning power was comparatively deficient.Children are in a period of rapid physical and psychological development and change and also in a critical period for the development and improvement of learning power.In the middle of junior high school,children are faced with rapidly deepening curriculum knowledge and increasing homework burden,and they shake confidence easily and have relatively weak willpower.Therefore,it is very important for us to study the training and promotion of learning ability of this age group.This research explains the reasons of the topic from four aspects:theoretical needs,the development of times,individual growth,and research status,and makes a systematic analysis on learning power and children's learning power at home and abroad,and expounds the research significance,research ideas and methods,research emphasis,difficulties and innovations.On this basis,the study defines the core concepts of children,learning,learning power,and children's learning power and analyzes the significance of constructivism learning theory,the information processing theory,and the attribution theory,and summarizedthe four principles to improve the learning ability of children.In current situation investigation,the study selected a total of 598 junior high school students from two schools in a city in Henan Province as the research object,and used SPSS 20.0 to analyze date.According to the results of the analysis,the study interviewed children and teachers in order to analyze and verify the problems which reflected in the questionnaire.The study shows that the learning abilities of some children are relatively low;the level of learning creativity of children is generally low;the learning perseverance of boy have to be improved;children who have class cadres experience have significantly higher learning power;learning pressure makes ninth grade children's learning power low;the parents with low educational level seriously affects children's learning power;the rural children's learning power is generally lower than that of urban children.Based on this,the study analyzes attribution from the aspects of children's learning quality,school education,family education,and social education,and comes up with corresponding strategies for the improvement of children's learning power,mainly to strengthen self-learning conscious,exert self-education effect,improve the scientific educational system,implement the leading role of the school,attach importance to parent's words and deeds,building a solid foundation of family education,strengthen policy supervision and guidance,and optimize the social education environment. |
