Research on learning power started from last century, and now has gradually improved, more mature. Research on learning power in the field of education has just started, reviewing of the current situation relating to domestic and international, many more are about "student learning power" research-based, overly broad scope of the study, and lack the research of specific subjects on learning power. Research on the model of mathematics learning power, mainly is to improve the practice of teaching on how to more effectively promote student mathematics study based on behavior, provides a new idea for the students’ all-round development:The subject teaching-Raising the learning power---The development of the students.Under the guidance of Soft System Method, using literature research method and interview method, systematically reviews the meaning and components of learning power. In the grasp of research status of the background, through the analysis the history of mathematics subject, the essence of mathematics and mathematics teaching and learning, defined the meaning of mathematical learning power; Through the interview arrangement, as well as the comparative analysis between "four base", mathematics learning capacity and mathematical learning power,clarify the six core elements of mathematics learning power,"mathematical knowledge and experience" is foundation to develop mathematical learning power;"mathematics activity" is the main way to develop mathematical learning power,"strategy and reflection" emphasis main goal of mathematical learning power is to develop mathematical thinking;"communication and cooperation" focus on mathematics learning style;"motivation and improvement faith" is the support system of mathematical learning power;"criticism and innovation" is the ultimate goal of the development of mathematical learning power. These six elements do not exist in isolation, but are unified to form a comprehensive mathematical learning power development system.
