Since the reform and opening up 41 years ago,China's enterprises have made great progress,but the slow growth of labor productivity is a prominent problem among many bottlenecks and constraints faced by enterprises.At present,China's economic development has entered the "new normal",and the growth of labor productivity has become an important driving force for maintaining high-quality development of China's economy.Along with it,our country corporate pension system improves day by day,and become the important component of the company management mechanism.However,there is little literature to study the effect of corporate pension insurance on employee labor productivity?This article will with the high quality of China's macroeconomic development as the background,microcosmic individuals(employees)to improve productivity as a foothold,in according to the theory of life cycle theory,human capital depreciation,delayed wage theory and the theory of implicit contract,on the basis of theoretical analysis,based on Chinese family financial Survey(China Household Finance Survey,CHFS)in 2011,2013,2015 and 2017 data as the research sample,Logit model is used to empirically analyze the action effect and influence mechanism of corporate pension insurance on employee labor productivity.Through systematic research,this paper finds that: the corporate pension insurance has a significant effect on the labor productivity of employees,and the results are still significant after increasing the control variables and overcoming the endogenous test.Through the further inspection of the mechanism,it is found that the mechanism of attracting high-quality talents,the mechanism of motivating and promoting employees to improve themselves,and the mechanism of stabilizing excellent employees are the three influencing mechanisms of the promotion of labor productivity of employees by the participation of corporate pension insurance.In this paper,we study not only reveals the endowment insurance system from the perspective of corporate pension ginseng reform affect the micro mechanism of action of individual behavior,but also from the perspectives of labor productivity improvements toexpand and deepen the microeconomic foundation of macroeconomic development with high quality,for the future further promote the reform of endowment insurance system,especially the corporate pension system in order to promote China's economic theory reference for the development of high quality.
