Under the call of public welfare and charity,more and more enterprises encourage their employees to participate in public welfare activities and volunteering.Public welfare activities and volunteering are both different and related,that is,volunteering can be regarded as a kind of public welfare activities,and both belong to corporate social responsibility.Employee participation in volunteering contributes to a series of positive outcomes,such as increased willingness to stay,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance,but these positive effects did not involve “high-quality connections”.Employees' high-quality connections is the short-term positive interaction between employees and others.Previous studies have shown that high-quality connections have a positive impact on employees' psychological safety and organizational learning behavior,financial performance,learning from failure,job meaning and individual creativity.Studies on high-quality connections mainly focus on the positive impact of high-quality connections on employee behaviors and attitudes,while no studies have focused on the relationship between public welfare activities and volunteering and high-quality connections.Based on this,thesis aims to study the influence mechanism of the characteristics of corporate public welfare activities and corporate volunteering climate on employees' high-quality connections.Based on the job characteristic model and related theories,the theoretical model constructed in thesis mainly discusses the relationship among seven research variables.Among them,the independent variables are the characteristics of enterprise public welfare activities(specifically divided into task importance,complexity,interdependence and fun)and corporate volunteering climate,the dependent variable is high-quality connections,and the mediating variable is positive emotions.In the research method,adopt the questionnaire survey method for empirical research.Thesis mainly refers to more mature scales at home and abroad,revises and improves them on this basis,and defines and measures the variables of task importance,complexity,interdependence,fun,corporate volunteering climate,positive emotions and high-quality connections.A total of 197 valid samples were obtained through the distribution and collection of questionnaires in two themed public welfare activities.The results of empirical analysis show that the characteristics of corporate public welfare activities(specifically divided into task importance,complexity,interdependence and fun)have a positive impact on employees' high-quality connections.Corporate volunteering climate has a positive impact on employees' high-quality connections,that is,the stronger the corporate volunteering climate,the more significant the employees' high-quality connections;Positive emotions play a mediating role in the relationship between the characteristics of corporate public welfare activities(specifically divided into task importance,complexity,interdependence and fun)and employees' high-quality connections,and positive emotions play a mediating role in the relationship between corporate volunteering climate and employees' high-quality connections.
