With the development of economy and society,all kinds of complicated knowledge are growing at an unprecedented speed,and the updating of knowledge is changing with each passing day.Everyone can only keep learn and gain new knowledge to adapt to the development and challenges of society.So it is very important and necessary to have strong independent learning ability.This paper elaborates the status of high school students' self-learning ability training,the background,purpose and significance by literature research,and defines the concept and theoretical basis of independent learning.Then,taking high school mechanics as an example,how to cultivate students' self-learning ability in high school physics teaching is studied.The experimental research method is used to take the students of 2017 in senior one class(13)(14)of Yantai No.1 high School in Shandong Province as an example to understand the students' self-learning ability and to explore the teaching mode for different types of courses,and give the corresponding case analysis.Finally,the investigation and research method is applied to analyze and evaluate the effect of practice,and the importance of improving students' self-learning ability and how to improve students' self-learning ability are analyzed in combination with their own teaching practice.And how to develop students' self-learning ability is also proposed.At the same time,promotion models and other issues are also mentioned.This paper proposes a classroom teaching model for cultivating and improving students' self-learning ability for different types of classes and gives specific examples.Moreover,the validity and feasibility of the model are verified by experiments,and the teaching reference is provided for the majority of frontline teachers.It also enriches the theoretical and practical research of independent learning to a certain extent.Improving students' self-learning ability helps to enhance students' interest in learning physics and improve their physical performance.At the same time,it has a high reference value in the study of other subjects.Especially for the future learning and development of students is of great significance.
