Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and the strategy of peace.Since the new century,with the deepening of the reform of the socialist market economy system,the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure,and the adjustment of relevant policies,the employment problem of college students in China has changed from a problem that belongs to the reform of the economic system to a livelihood problem related to the survival and life of the people,which has been highly concerned by the Party Central Committee,the State Council and the whole society.Under the guidance of Marxism,the report of the 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the concept that employment is the foundation of people's livelihood,and stressed that every effort should be made to expand employment;the report of the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China first put forward the strategy of promoting employment with entrepreneurship,and it is necessary to persist in implementing the active employment administration The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)further demonstrates the goal of promoting higher quality employment,implementing employment priority strategies and more active employment policies;the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clarifies the new task of improving the quality of employment,achieving higher quality and more full employment;two sessions of the National People's Congress in2020,more stable employment in the position of the first six stable.Marxism is a scientific world outlook and methodology,and Marxist employment theory provides basic guidance for China's employment practice problems,including labor commodity theory,socialist universal employment theory,youth career choice theory,etc.It has direct guiding value for solving the employment problem of our country,especially the employment problem of college students.Sinicization of Marxist employment theory is a theoretical achievement formed by the leaders of the past dynasties of the Communist Party of China in combining Marxist employment theory with the concrete practice of socialist construction and reform.It is very necessary to review and summarize it and help to solve the current employment problem in China in order to provide reason on and practical guidance.Since the new century,facing the new situation that the employment of college students has become a dominant problem day by day,our country has issued a series of employment policies for college students,which are divided into three stages with the background of college enrollment expansion system,financial crisis and war "epidemic ".The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have made targeted adjustments in the light of different characteristics of the times.In the first stage,they have formulated grass-roots employment policies,such as the Western Program for Voluntary Service for College Students,the "Three Branches and One Help" Program,the selection and employment of college graduates to work in villages,etc.;in the second stage,they have standardized the employment service policy for college students,the military service policy for the army,and the promotion of the employment policy driven by entrepreneurship;and in the third stage,they have proposed the promotion of employment expansion and promotion learning channels,online employment services,employment management service policies,etc.,in order to lead college graduates to actively obtain employment and provide policy guarantee for effectively solving the employment problems of college students.Policy is the most important and approachable transformation form of the Party's theory,and the introduction and implementation of the employment policy of college students have achieved good results in practice.According to the latest data released by the National Bureau of Statistics and the Max Research Institute,this paper analyzes the current employment situation of college students in China,and finds that the problems of college students in China are manifested in the large differences in employment regional selection,the backward concept of employment,the blind entrance examination to avoid employment,and the serious phenomenon of "slow employment" from the perspective of the main body of college students.However,the employment problems of college students are influenced by objective and subjective factors,the structural problems of the employment market are prominent,there are contradictions in the supply and demand of labor force and the industrial structure of the employed population;the employment policy of college students needs to be improved urgently,the employment and related policies and the service system of entrepreneurship are not perfect;the quality of talent training in colleges and universities is not high,the employment Lack of pertinence of guidance,lag of education of innovation and entrepreneurship;unreasonable employment system of employing units,blind pursuitof high education,employment discrimination,excessive emphasis on work experience;deviation of employment concept of college students,lack of employment motivation,lack of innovative consciousness of conservative thinking and other factors affect the employment choice of college graduates.How to achieve high-quality employment of college students is a matter of national economy and people's livelihood and long-term stability of the country.In the face of the employment problem of college students in our country since the new century,we can not escape,we should keep pace with the times,face up to the difficulties,coordinate efforts at all levels to form a strong joint force,unity,multimeasures to solve the employment problems of college students in China.At the government level,we should grasp the pulse of the market and provide institutional guarantee for the employment of college students through macro-control and other means;at the university level,we should strengthen the sense of responsibility,adjust the mode of talent training in time,and train talents who match the demand of the labor market;at the employer level,we should set up scientific talents To create a fair and just employment environment,improve the employment mechanism,attract and retain talents;at the college level,college students' own factors are the internal cause of solving the employment problem of college students.In the new era,college students should establish a correct view of employment,improve their innovative consciousness and practical ability,give full play to their special strengths,and realize their personal and social values in their work practice.
