Research On The Enhancement Of Academic Challenges Of Undergraduates In Local Universities

Local universities in China occupy half of the country's higher education system and have made outstanding contributions to local economic construction.As China's higher education is about to enter the stage of popularization,in the face of new opportunities and challenges,it is becoming more urgent to build a high-level talent training system and improve the ability of university talent training.It is of great significance to give college students a reasonable "increasing burden",increase the difficulty of the courses,increase the academic challenge of undergraduates in local colleges and universities,and export graduates well,which is of great significance for the overall revitalization of undergraduate education,the enhancement of the country's overall strength,and the construction of a strong country of higher education.This article first investigates the undergraduates of H University in local colleges and universities around the school atmosphere,students' learning input,curriculum ability requirements,and learning satisfaction,and analyzes their learning experience and experience in school.Combined with the summary of graduation and degree qualification review of the 2017-2019 undergraduate graduates of H University,the reasons for the graduation of graduates and the extension of their study period are analyzed.It comprehensively measures the level of undergraduates 'academic challenge,and gives a deep perspective on the problems of undergraduates' academic challenge in local universities.Secondly,on the basis of reference to foreign university learning and higher education quality assurance experience,a path to enhance the academic challenge of local college undergraduates is proposed.The study found that: first,local colleges have a high degree of undergraduate graduation,and the teaching quality is not strictly regulated;second,academic challenge is affected by many factors;third,there is a positive and negative correlation between the completion rate,graduation rate,and academic challenge of undergraduates.Under the urgent requirements of comprehensively revitalizing undergraduate education in the new period and improving the quality of talent cultivation,local colleges and universities should adhere to the learning orientation,enhance the quality of teachers,strictly manage the teaching process,deepen the reform of classroom teaching,improve organizational guarantees,and promote the improvement of the academic challenge of undergraduates.
