With the promotion of Chinese culture and Chinese image in Chinese language teaching in Thailand,the “Belt and Road” initiative proposed by China advocates language paving and culture first.How to spread Chinese culture and tell Chinese stories has become an important task for Chinese teachers.Thematic teaching method It is one of the effective ways to integrate the content of cultural teaching and improve the effect of cultural teaching.The thematic teaching method with "theme" as the core has the characteristics of systematized content,teaching situation,and theme life.It can be applied to Chinese culture teaching in Thai middle schools.This article uses theoretical analysis,classroom observation and questionnaire survey methods.This article uses constructive learning theory and system theory as the theoretical basis,combined with the teaching practice of Thailand's Xipeita Middle School,through classroom observation and questionnaire to understand Xipeita's Middle School's The current situation of cultural teaching,traditional teaching methods are not enough to construct a cultural knowledge system and strengthen students' memory.From the perspective of the internal relationship between the theme and Chinese culture,the learning characteristics of Thai students and the learning environment,it is feasible to apply the theme teaching method to Chinese culture teaching.In addition,this article attempts to start the classroom practice exploration from the cultural themes around the students,construct the cultural theme system map and implement the theme teaching activities,and also through the questionnaire and test scores to conduct thematic teaching effect evaluation and teaching reflection,the results show that thematic teaching The law helps students understand and learn Chinese culture,thereby enhancing the teaching effect of Chinese culture.Based on the above theoretical analysis and investigation and evaluation of the subject-based teaching method,this article further proposes improvements for the deficiency of the subject-based teaching method applied to Chinese culture teaching.Nowadays,there is still a long way to go to improve the teaching methods of Chinese as a foreign language.I hope this article can be used as a reference for the application research of thematic teaching method,and contribute to the cause of Chinese as a foreign language.
