| Class management is one of the basic links of school management.Class management has an important influence on students' study and life.It is more conducive to the shaping of high school students' personality and the cultivation of their comprehensive ability to participate in class management and make them managers of their own actions.However,many problems still exist in the participation of high school students in class management.In order to grasp the current situation of high school students to participate in class management,through the investigation,this study selected three ordinary high schools in zhengzhou city more than 500 students,six head teachers and three school leaders of three ordinary high schools as the research object,using the questionnaire method and interview method,through descriptive statistics,factor analysis and interview analysis found that high school students to participate in class management exist the following problems:the students participation opportunity is not equal;low student participation;class supervision system is not sound;the practical effects of some class systems are poor.On this basis,further analysis of the causes of the problem found that:high school students are restricted by their own participation quality,and their participation is low;the head teachers' management idea is backward,and the head teachers do not pay attention to the student' function in the class management;examoriented education is deeply rooted in schools,so the schools do not pay attention to the main role of students,and do not pay attention to students' participation in class management.Based on the results of questionnaire and interview,it is found that there are some problems in high school students' participation in class management.The students participation opportunity is not equal;low student participation;class supervision system is not sound;the practical effects of some class systems are poor.In order to improve high school students' participation in class management,we can start from the following aspects:improving high school students' participation quality;strengthen class management training for head teachers;optimize the class participation atmosphere;create a harmonious campus participation environment.from these aspects,let students pay attention to the main role of middle school students in class management,and at the same time create an environment for students to participate in class management,to ensure the right of students to participate. |
