| Analysis of inductive current situation of the development of beach volleyball at the national level above the referee team in our country,explore the new direction of development,for the better development of beach volleyball referee provides more reasonable management mode,committed to build a high level,high quality,fair and good national beach volleyball referee,pledged to continue to better complete the domestic and international beach volleyball important tournament referee work.Puts forward relevant countermeasures,so as to provide a the development of the referee team and make contributions to the development of beach volleyball in China.The results show that:1)Status quo: male and female beach volleyball referees is unbalanced,the age structure is reasonable,and the distribution is not balanced in different regions,mainly in economically developed provinces and provinces with professional sports teams.The professional distribution of referees is also more extensive,taking PE teachers and PE organ workers as the professional referees.The number of students with bachelor's degree and master's degree is the largest.The overall English level is high,more than 70% of the judges can complete daily communication,but few of the judges can talk fluently.Of the referees surveyed,70 had volleyball experience,15 had beach volleyball experience and 73 had indoor volleyball experience.2)Refereeing ability: the number of refereeing is from 5 to 15 years,and the referees have a high ability to judge on the spot,so they have a good grasp of the refereeing scale.For competitions of different levels,the referees will set the tone of the refereeing scale in advance during the pre-match preparation meeting.Good ability to deal with emergencies.The factors that affect the ruling ability are: the number of ruling fields is insufficient,the ruling ability is insufficient,the body does not adapt.3)Training: the referees mainly take books as the carrier,and the competent authorities mainly focus on pre-competition training,with less centralized training and regular training.The training content is mainly theoretical knowledge and practical practice.The training funds of the referees are mainly undertaken by the association,followed by the unit where they work,and a small part of them are self-funded for learning.Judges' opinions on teaching arrangement: less time for mutual discussion,less foreign language training,less practice and less theoretical training.4)Job satisfaction: the referees are satisfied with most of the economic income,but there is still a gap between them and the volleyball referees,which needs to be adjusted.The judges are very satisfied with the assessment,selection,rewards and punishments carried out by China volleyball association.A large number of people are very satisfied with the content and frequency of the training,but they still need to improve the training work,increase the time for foreign language training and mutual communication and discussion,and achieve the combination of theory and practice can have substantial improvement.5)Influencing factors: the overall development is restricted such as work,family,motivation,age,judges' own knowledge structure. |
