Bullying behavior among girls in vocational colleges not only brings great physical and mental trauma to the victims,affecting their normal study and life,but also hinders the normal teaching order,bringing pressure to school and class management.It is not conducive to the construction of a safe campus.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the class intervention strategies of bullying among female students in vocational schools.Firstly,it enriches the research results of bullying on campus.Secondly,it is helpful to establish a "student-oriented" class management concept.Thirdly,it is beneficial to improve the management level of the teachers to the girls in the class and the management of the school.Fourthly,it is conducive to cultivating good moral quality of female students,improving professional quality.This research mainly adopts the investigation and interview method,and through the investigation of the bullying problems among girls in three vocational colleges in Zibo city,problems are found in the class bullying intervention.For example,teachers do not pay enough attention to bullying and the intervention is difficult to carry out.The students are apathetic.The intervention measures are not sound,so the prevention measures are insufficient,and the governance measures lack of long-term tracking of the parties.The way of intervention is simple,for the teachers are the mainly intervenes,and the roles of the families are neglected,and the initiative of the students is not brought into play.There are communication barriers between teachers and students.Through analysis of the causes,the following class intervention suggestions are proposed.First of all,with the leading of concept,teachers should clear their responsibilities,and should change the traditional class management thought and face up to their responsibility of teaching.Secondly,teachers should strengthen the construction of the class,create a good class atmosphere and public opinion,develop the educational value of class activities,reasonably guide informal groups in the class,and implement the moral education of caring-orientated for girls.Finally,establish a scientific class intervention mechanism.Schools should provide unifiedguidance and have teacher training.It should establish and improve the class cooperation mechanism.Teachers,parents,communities and enterprises should form a joint educational force to prevent and control bullying.Attach importance to the role of students in preventing and controlling bullying and encourage students to do self-education and manage themselves.Establish a scientific evaluation mechanism of bullying governance.
