Research On Internationalization Development Of Vocational Education In China Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road"

Under the background of "the belt and road" initiative,internationalization brings new opportunities and challenges to the development of Vocational Education in China.Therefore,the study of internationalization development should be paid attention to as an important part of the process of vocational education development.However,in the past,the internationalization of vocational education has not been paid enough attention by domestic theoretical circles,and the systematic and comprehensive research results are even fewer.Therefore,this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the internationalization of Vocational Education in China,clearly grasps the overall direction of the internationalization of Vocational Education in China,and then puts forward effective countermeasures to promote the internationalization of Vocational education.This research mainly analyzes the actual situation of the internationalization of China's vocational education through literature analysis,case study,comparative research and the promotion of the "one belt and one road" initiative,and finds out the main problems and motivations existing in the process of internationalization.Combined with the case of Luban workshop's international implementation of Tianjin's workshop,and drawing on the advanced experience of developed countries,it has a needle.Suggestions and Countermeasures for the internationalization of Vocational Education in China are put forward.Through the research,we find that there are some problems in the internationalization of Vocational Education in China,such as incomplete development policy system and inadequate platform for cooperation and exchange;lack of overall planning for overseas cooperative school-running,and insufficient ties with enterprises;low proportion of internationalized courses,inadequate ability to export international standards;low level of internationalization of teachers,inadequate full-time foreign affairs personnel;small scale of foreign students,and training quality.These problems seriously affect the process of internationalization of Vocational Education in China.To solve the problems existing in the internationalization of Vocational Education in China,we need to rely on government functions,improve the system of international policies and regulations,increase funding and technical support,establish functional institutions,build an international cooperation and exchange platform,establish a professional qualification certification system in line with international standards,and properly enhance the autonomy of Vocational colleges.Vocational colleges can enhance their comprehensive strength by strengthening internationalization awareness,building an international faculty,building an international curriculum system,developing international vocational education standards,improving the level of internationalization of running schools,and cooperating with the development of enterprises,so as to promote the further development of internationalization of Vocational Education in China.
