Chinese excellent traditional culture has always occupied a place in the world's cultural forest.The classical culture of Sinology,which embodies the wisdom of our ancestors,has always been recognized and sought after by the international community.Nowadays,in the face of the globalized international environment,cultures from all over the world are colliding with each other.In order to make Chinese culture find itself and position itself in the world cultural tide,to give full play to the power of culture in national construction,and to stimulate Chinese patriotism and enhance cultural consciousness and self-confidence,how to stand on the basis of Chinese culture has become an important issue to be solved.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"Building Morality and cultivating people" has been established as the fundamental task of education,and it has also become the unremitting pursuit of every educator.Chinese traditional education is exactly in line with the value orientation of moral education,which is a powerful push to achieve the education goal of cultivating people.Primary school is the foundation stage of the whole education process,which is crucial to the growth of an individual's life.At this time,it is of great benefit to let children learn traditional culture,accept the classical edification of traditional Chinese culture,and experience the charm of traditional culture from childhood,so as to improve their moral self-cultivation andenhance their sense of national identity.Albert Bandura has put forward the key significance of model for children's learning,and the same is true for the development of education.Imitation learning is a potential first step.In this paper,S primary school in Jinan City,Shandong Province is selected as a case study.It has nearly20 years of development history of Chinese education and is the leading force in organizing and carrying out the practice of Chinese education in Shandong Province.Over the years,the school has achieved remarkable results in the improvement of teachers and students' traditional cultural literacy,the cultivation of students' moral quality and the shaping of the school's cultural environment.At present,it has been formed A more systematic and perfect education system of traditional Chinese learning is a very representative model school.This paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of Chinese education in sample schools,interprets the educational phenomena and practical results,and focuses on summarizing the excellent experience of the school,in order to provide reference and thinking for other schools.Through in-depth study of sample schools,comprehensive use of interviews,observation,literature analysis and other means of field investigation,in the course of investigation,we found that many of the school's ideological themes give us profound enlightenment.First,we should give full play to the promotion of internal motivation on thepremise of stimulating students' interest in learning;second,we should focus on the overall situation,give full play to the guiding role of top-level design,and take the overall planning and unified deployment of the school as a solid guarantee;third,we should focus on details,constantly fill the content framework of Chinese education,and take reasonable content presentation as an important component of implementation;fourth,We should make overall use of various resources,actively cooperate with universities,and form a joint force of practical experience in primary and secondary schools and scientific research theory in universities.Elementary school Chinese education is a systematic project with wide coverage and complicated contents.This study focuses on a school,and aims to think about the overall development of primary school Chinese education with the principle of "small view and big reason".The growth of education can never be perfect.Educational research should always maintain a dialectical point of view and look at problems from the perspective of development.Based on the successful experience of case schools and the current situation of primary school implementation,this paper further considers the direction of the development of Chinese education in the future.In the aspect of concept cognition,it is necessary to clarify the connotation of traditional Chinese learning education and make precise value orientation of traditional Chinese learning educationin primary schools;in the process of education implementation,it is necessary to enrich the implementation framework of traditional Chinese learning education and create multiple activity modes and curriculum forms;in the aspect of teacher allocation,it is necessary to plan from two stages of pre-service cultivation and on-the-job training to improve the construction of traditional Chinese learning teachers;in the aspect of evaluation mechanism,it is necessary to We should set up the evaluation concept of combining morality and wisdom,and comprehensively use multiple subjects,forms and ways to evaluate.
