With the rapid development of reform and opening-up and the development of social economy,private colleges and universities in our country are developing rapidly.People have a higher demand for high-quality,high-level and diversified educational services.Therefore,in the subsequent development stage,private colleges and universities need to build their own brand in an all-round way,enhance their own popularity and ensure smooth operation.Based on this background,this paper studies the related issues of brand building of private colleges and universities in our country.Taking Jiangxi private A college as the main example,starting with marketing methods,it puts forward ways and means to effectively enhance the brand building of private colleges and universities in the subsequent development process.The research framework of this paper is as follows: Firstly,starting from theoretical analysis,the brand,brand theory,brand construction of private colleges and universities are described.Based on the common problems existing in private colleges and universities and the background analysis of the relationship between the development competitiveness of private colleges and universities,the necessity and urgency of brand construction of private colleges and universities are illustrated.Secondly,the basic situation of College A,starting from the current situation of the school,brings out the problems of insufficient funds,insufficient government support,uneven quality of educational products and so on,analyzes the problems it faces and discusses the solutions.Finally,the paper explores the future development trend of the brand of A college,focuses on the core services of colleges and universities,studies the brand building of A College of Jiangxi from the aspects of brand positioning,brand building and brand communication,puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the brand building of colleges and universities,and makes further discussions so as to enhance the competitiveness of the development of colleges and universities.In the process of the research work,this paper deeply implemented the way of combining theory with specific cases,and put forward some optimization suggestions on the basis of predecessors' research.First,for the development of the national education industry,the participation of private colleges and universities can contribute to the construction of diversified forms of education.In the actual development stage,private colleges and universities can guarantee the excellent development of China's education industry in a more sound and perfect form,and can also reduce the investment in national economy,manpower and other aspects to a certain extent,thus reducing the national burden.In the actual development stage,private colleges and universities need to perfect their own scale and development form in a more optimized way,which requires them to build a more perfect brand form and guarantee their own development advantages.Second,for students,the addition of private universities has expanded the scope of students' choice of campus,enabling them to make corresponding contributions in choosing fields more suitable for their own development among many colleges and majors.Only by continuously strengthening their brand building can private universities enhance their popularity in the subsequent development stage and enable more students to have a further understanding of them.In a word,in the follow-up development of private colleges and universities,if they want to continuously enhance their own popularity and expand the scope of enrollment,they must build a good brand to ensure that students and parents can be attracted by the brand effect within a certain limit,thus gradually strengthening the comprehensive development of private colleges and universities. |
