Marathon sports have obvious periodic training characteristics,in order to be able to achieve good training results and reasonable training plan in the basic and transitional period after the preparatory period.Preparation for winter training must be scientific and effective as the basic principle of training arrangements.Women marathoners in Jiangsu Province have achieved excellent results in recent years,and analyzed the winter training situation of women marathon athletes in Jiangsu Province.It not only has the function of theoretical basis guidance and practical experience learning for professional marathon athletes,but also has positive enlightening and demonstration value for the training methods of amateur marathons.In this study,using the method of literature,experts Interview method,test method,investigation method,mathematical statistics method to carry on the research,through the Jiangsu Province excellent marathon female athletes,2017-2018 winter training period(October 24,2017-February 4,2018)training plan investigation and analysis,The results of speed endurance performance and physical condition monitoring of athletes during the training period made a scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the training effect of winter training,analyzed the regularity and scientific nature of the training arrangements in winter training period,and pointed out the insufficient aspects of training.Draw the following conclusions:1 The main results are as follows:1 the excellent women marathon runners in Jiangsu Province have reached the relevant standards of the excellent women long-distance runners in China,and also accord with the characteristics of the marathon long-distance sports events,showing a very obvious competitive advantage.2 The train of thought of Jiangsu excellent women marathon athletes in winter training is:take scientific training as the guidance,carry out the scientific training,improve the marathon athlete's physical quality,special physical quality,Promote athletes to improve their athletic ability and skills and tactics in an all-round way.3 The winter training period of the excellent women's marathons in Jiangsu province is divided into four cycle stages,the training arrangement and the marathon project are connected very closely,and the training mode of the small cycle is adopted,mainly based on the aerobic training,and the aerobic training is carried out.The training of the mixed oxygen and the speed training are of varying degrees,and the respective training intensity is clear.4 During the winter training of the excellent women's marathons in Jiangsu Province,the intensity of the training load has been continuously increasing with the training,and there is a difference in the individual and the training load has changed.Through the training of the whole stage of winter training,the aerobic capacity of the athletes is greatly improved,and the physical function state is also improved.5 in the winter training stage,the training amount of the excellent women marathon athletes in Jiangsu Province is relatively reasonable and the training situation is relatively reasonable,and the ability of the athletes has been gradually promoted by the way of gradual and orderly progress,and the satisfactory results have been achieved.In terms of training intensity,it is carried out in the form of large,medium and small intersections.The advantage of this kind of training intensity arrangement is that it can help athletes to improve the training effect,contribute to the emergence of excessive recovery,and on the basis of improving athletes' ability and level,Maintain good ability.6 3000MSpeed tolerance level,hemoglobin index,creatine kinase index,cortisol index and so on,speed tolerance level,hemoglobin index,creatine kinase index,cortisol index have been improved significantly through the examination of speed endurance level,hemoglobin index,creatine kinase index,cortisol index and so on.The hematocrit increased obviously,then gradually stabilized,blood urea nitrogen decreased significantly,testosterone level did not change significantly.The level of blood lactic acid was recovered from quiet state to 3000 meters running for three minutes and five minutes.The level of blood lactic acid of athletes increased gradually with the development of winter training.It was found that the three-month winter training period effectively achieved the purpose of training,through which The testing of these indexes makes a scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the training effect of winter training,and directs the next training.
