| The change trend of students' physical health level is "good in bad",but the problem is still serious.Judging from the changes in the physical fitness of students in the four national physical fitness and health survey sites(junior high schools)in Zhengzhou,Henan Province, there is a realistic gap in the overall physical health of students between different schools, and a large number of studies have shown that the physical fitness of students has declined Closely related to lack of physical activity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is Mainly through the literature method, measurement method, mathematical statistics method, comparative analysis method, etc.to investigate the physical activity data characteristics and distribution of students in the three schools that have been at a higher level(A school),an intermediate level(B school),and a lower level(C school)by investigating the change trend of physical fitness level.Analyze the relationship between students' overall physical activity level and physical fitness level, from three school students at different time periods(daily time: total time of the week;school sports time: physical education class time, large class time period;school leisure time: small class Time period, morning, afternoon and evening time;off-campus leisure time: after school in the afternoon ~ morning to pre-school period, weekend day period)from different angles of physical activity duration to explore the reasons for differences in physical fitness levels, and further analyze the existence of physical activity levels The reason for the difference. In this study,36 students in each of the three schools A,B,and C were selected as monitoring objects, and a total of 108 effective samples were collected(at least 10 hours per day,at least 2 school days and 1 weekend day).Use the Acti Graph w GT3 X human sports energy consumption monitor and physical activity record table to monitor and record the duration of the Sedentary Physical Activity(SPA),low intensity physical activity(LPA)duration, and moderate intensity physical strength of students in the three schools Quantitative data and specific content of the duration of activity(Moderate Physical Activity,MPA),duration of high-intensity physical activity(VPA),duration of medium-to-high intensity physical activity(MVPA),research results are as follows:(1)Students in the three schools had significant differences in the durations of MPA,VPA,and MVPA(P <0.05),and there were no significant differences in the durations of SPA and LPA.(2)During the period of physical education in the three schools, the duration of SPA A <B <C,the duration of MPA,VPA,MVPA A> B> C,the duration of LPA A is slightly lower than B,and C is the lowest.(3)Students in the three schools have the SPA duration A <B <C,the LPA,VPA,and MVPA durations A and B are basically the same, and the MPA duration A> B and C are the lowest in the inter-session period.(4)There are significant differences in the duration of SPA,LPA,MPA,VPA and MVPA among students in the three schools(P <0.05).(5)Students in schools B and C have significant differences in the lengths of LPA and MPA in the morning, afternoon and evening(P <0.05),and the length of SPA B <C,and the length of LPA,MPA,VPA,and MVPA B> C.(6)After school from afternoon to morning in the three schools, the duration of LPA,MPA,MVPA A> B> C,the duration of VPA B and C are basically the same as A,and the duration of SPA A <B <C.(7)There were no significant differences in the lengths of SPA,LPA,MPA,VPA,and MVPA in the weekend days of the three schools(P> 0.05).Based on the discussion and analysis of the above results, the conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall physical activity level of students in the three schools is relatively high in school A,average in school B,and relatively low in school C,which is consistent with the trend of changes in overall physical health of students in the three schools.(2)From the comparative analysis of the physical activity monitoring data in different periods divided in this article,we know that the reasons for the differences in the physical fitness of students from the perspective of the length of physical activity of different strengths are reflected in 1)the effect of physical activity during the physical education period > C;2)Physical activity effect A> B> C;3)Physical activity effect A> B> C;4)Physical activity effect B> C;5)After the afternoon after school ~ morning to the pre-school period of physical activity A> B> C;6)Weekend and Sunday period of physical activity A,B,C no significant difference.(3)Combine the daily physical activity record form to further analyze the reasons for the difference in physical activity levels for the following aspects: 1)The number of physical education classes within a week and the diversity of physical activity content and equipment have a positive impact on the physical activity level of students effect.2)The number of large classes and effective organization and management are more conducive to students' improvement of physical activity level.3)The accumulation of long-distance walking during student breaks and the exercise habits cultivated at ordinary times can promote the improvement of students' physical activity levels.4)School organized group activities such as morning exercises, lunch, and more free time and equipment use after dinner will have a positive impact on students' physical activity levels.5)The way of going to and from school and homework after school are greatly influenced by lifestyle and economic environment. The physical activity level of day students is higher than that of residential students.6)Most of the activities of the students on weekends are shopping, home, and the way of participating in extracurricular tutoring classes, etc.,which do not have much impact on the level of physical activity.7)It is recommended that schools strengthen the organization of students' activities, content richness, time schedule, etc.,which can significantly affect students' physical activity levels. On weekends and school days, after school ~ before school,we need to further guide and strengthen students' participation in more physical activities. |
