| At the beginning of the new century,the data of the national student physical fitness test showed that the physical health level of junior high school students in China declined to a certain extent,and it did not improve until 2010.In order to understand the physical status of Guangning junior high school students and their influencing factors,this paper uses used to test the form,function and quality of 660 junior high school students,50 physical education teachers and 50 parents of students as the survey to collect the factors and countermeasures affecting the physical school students.The results indicate that:1.Body shape: the average height and weight of boys and girls in Guangning Junior High School were lower than the national average,significantly different(P<0.01);in BMI,boys were overweight and girls were overweight.2.Physical function: the vital capacity of boys in Guangning was lower than the national average,but without significant difference(P> 0.05);that of boys in Grade 2was lower than the national average(P <0.01);that of boys was higher than the national average,with significant difference(P <0.01).3.Physical quality: Guangning junior three girls 50 meters run performance is better than the national average level,Significant difference(P <0.01),The rest of the grade boys and girls running 50 meters are lower than the national average level,And has a significant difference(P <0.01);Junior one girls 800 meters running performance is lower than the national average level,The two have a significant difference(P <0.01),Boys are 1,000 meters higher than the national average level,However,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),Other grades boys1000 meters and girls 800 meters are better than the national average,Both of them were significant(P <0.01);Junior high school boys ’pull-up scores and junior high school girls’ sit-ups are lower than the national average,Except for the no significant difference between girls and the country((P> 0.05),In the other grades,both boys and girls were significantly different from the national average level(P <0.01);Junior high school boys’ standing long jump is lower than the national average level,However,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),Other grade boys and female students standing long jump results are lower than the national average level,And the two have a significant difference(P <0.01).4.There was no significant difference in the average height of boys in grade one and grade two in urban and rural areas(P> 0.05),and that between both male and female students in other grades(P <0.01).The vital capacity of boys in rural areas was lower than that of girls in grade 3 and higher than that of towns,and there was no significant difference(P> 0.05).The lung capacity of male and female students in rural areas was lower than that of towns and there were significant differences(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the standing long jump and1000-meter run,the second grade and the third grade of the school(P> 0.05),There were significant differences among boys in other categories(P <0.01);Running at 800 meters is better than running in towns and there is no significant difference(P> 0.05),Girls in other grades run 800 meters better than those in towns and there were significant differences(P <0.01);Students in 50 m running,standing long jump and sitting forward bending(P <0.01),Female sitting position was better than urban forward bending and had a significant difference(P <0.01).5.Influencing factors:(1)Student factors: some students do not eat breakfast,have a scientifically balanced diet,and students have insufficient sleep time;the number,time and intensity of weekly exercise are not enough.(2)School factors: the number of physical education teachers is not enough,the number of people in class,the lack of venues and facilities limit the increase of class sports load,the lack of actual implementation of physical education theory courses and the low attention of leaders to school physical education.(3)Parent factors: parents have a casual attitude towards students’ extracurricular exercise and extracurricular sports training,and the degree of attention is not strong.Based on the above status quo and influencing factors,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Individuals need to pay attention to scientific life and rest,actively participate in exercise,and cultivate a good physique.(2)Schools should fully guarantee the time of after-school physical exercise,improve the construction of sports facilities and equipment,and provide all professional physical education teachers;teachers need to earnestly implement quality education,effectively implement the big recess activities,deepen the reform of physical education mode,innovate the teaching mode,and strengthen the development of teachers’ professional ability.(3)Parents should strengthen the awareness of students ’physical health,strengthen the communication and cooperation between schools,and unite with schools and communities,to jointly improve the students’ physical health level.6.conclusion:(1)Influenced by environment and living habits,their growth and development,height and weight need to be improved;due to individual differences and the participation of physical labor,they have good performance in function;students have the idea of exam-oriented education,the development of students’ physical quality is not balanced,their strength,speed and quality need to be improved.(2)The physical development of rural students is gentle,most of the students are in the environment of left-behind children,failed to effectively pay attention to their living habits;rural students participate in more exercise time,function level and physical quality are relatively good,but subject to the influence of the equipment and facilities,the strength and speed quality of rural students need to be improved.(3)Students,teachers and schools affect the physical health of junior high school students in Guangning County,mainly reflected in their lack of self-discipline,poor awareness of sports participation and insufficient participation time;teachers’ formalized classroom and imperfect school sports facilities. |
