As China's higher education has entered a new period of connotative development,further improving the quality of university personnel training and building first-class universities are the top priorities of China's higher education.The most basic function of a university is "talent training",and undergraduate education is the "root and root" of the university,so building a high-level undergraduate education is currently an important content.At present,the problem of college students 'learning adaptation has been receiving much attention.Therefore,exploring the current situation of undergraduates' learning adaptability and the factors influencing their learning adaptability in China's ordinary colleges and universities are of great significance for building a first-class undergraduate education and creating a "quality China" education.In recent years,As the enrollment of colleges and universities continues to expand.it is very important for college students to adjust themselves to better adapt to the learning life of the university.Targeted learning and individualized development are very important.At present,scholars at home and abroad are relatively rich in learning adaptability research,but there are relatively few studies on undergraduates in universities,and the content needs to be supplemented.Based on this,this article takes the learning adaptability of undergraduates in ordinary colleges and universities as the research object,organizes and analyzes the relevant literature,summarizes the relevant research results and theoretical basis,in order to analyze the connotation and extension of learning adaptability,and The influencing factors of possibility are screened to provide a theoretical basis for empirical research.Secondly,based on literature analysis,compile the learning adaptability of undergraduates in ordinary colleges and universities,and conduct a nationwide survey of undergraduate students,taking the sample as the object of investigation,using statistical analysis and other methods and tools for empirical analysis of sample data And statistical inference,reveal.the current status of learning adaptability of undergraduates in China's colleges and universities and the influencing factors of learning adaptability.Through empirical analysis,the research results of this paper include the following aspects:First,the adaptability of undergraduates in ordinary colleges and universities is in a relatively good state,and the response should pay attention to college education management;second,"whether currently serving as a student cadre” Learning adaptability has a significant impact,among which the undergraduates who serve as student cadres have stronger learning adaptability;third,the "parental education method" has a significant impact on the learning adaptability of college undergraduates,and the "democratic" education method has Stronger learning adaptability;fourth,there are many factors that affect the learning adaptability of undergraduates,"learning attitude" is the main influencing factor,good learning attitude can enhance the learning adaptability of undergraduates;fifth,"learning atmosphere" for undergraduates Students 'learning adaptability has a significant impact,and a good learning atmosphere can enhance students' learning adaptability.Based on the empirical analysis of this study,and the actual situation of the adaptability of undergraduates in ordinary colleges and universities,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:first,to further realize the effective connection between primary and secondary schools and university learning stages;second,colleges and universities should give Students 'full support to improve students' learning adaptability;third,actively adopt the "democratic" parent education method to create a harmonious family atmosphere;fourth,correct their own learning attitude and strengthen their comprehensive ability;fifth,create good learning Atmosphere,improve students' learning effect.
