With the development of Chinese education,art education has been attracting more and more attention.The introduction of comprehensive quality and core literacy proves that China has begun to attach importance to the popularization of quality education.As an important branch of art,dance plays an indispensable part in the field of aesthetic education.It has the function of promoting students' physical and mental health and alleviating their learning stress.Students can develop their self-confidence through dance learning,enhance their study enthusiasm and stimulate their ability to recognize and appreciate beauty.This article selects Zhengzhou Z Middle School as the research example and adopts the empirical research method.Through collecting questionnaires and physical data and interviewing school members,the researcher is able to explore the different demands of different school groups,deeply investigate the present situation of dance teaching in the music classroom,analyze the problems existing in the dance teaching methods among music teachers.This thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter is research design.It mainly uses related research methods and conducts a survey on the junior middle school students of Zhengzhou Z Middle School by designing and distributing questionnaires.The second chapter is a survey and analysis of the dance learning questionnaire for junior middle school students in Zhengzhou Z Middle School.It mainly counts the basic situation of students from the aspects of dance learning expectations,hobbies,parental support,and teaching content.Statistical software sort out data and correlation analysis.The third chapter is to understand the school's attitude and teacher teaching situation in detail through in-depth analysis of the interviews of teachers.Qualitative research methods are also used to summarize the content of interview materials.In the fourth chapter,the researchers revise and innovate the existing teaching plans of the school's music teachers to further improve the content of dance teaching and enhance the quality of teaching.The fifth chapter is to analyze and summarize the problems of music teachers' teaching methods,in order to find out relevant solutions.The sixth chapter is to give constructive suggestions to help music teachers better carry out dance teaching and create a high-efficient teaching environment for students.By innovating teaching plans,conducting practical teaching in school,integrating dance training methods in music courses,highlighting the importance of popularization in dance education and emphasizing the significance of dance in art education,the researcher has found solutions to the existing problems in dance teaching of music teachers.These measures and methods have effectively activated the dance learning atmosphere and have profound significance for improving the dance teaching standards of junior middle school music teachers.
